Gamestation and Tesco's sell PES dirt cheap two months after release. By that time a decent Option file will be around to patch the unlicensed kits on this site meaning you get it cheaper and more comprehensive.

Well the time its taking me to lose patience with PES shrinks each year. I said if PES2011 was garbage I'd turn my back on the franchise but I'm willing to retract that decision if PES2012 is 'better'.

Granted they are fucking useless but they have addressed fuck ups in the past. PES6 addressed issues from PES5 so hope is not lost yet.

Yeah but this is PES mate, Konami always fuck something up and then correct it in the next edition. Your analogy doesn't hold up because cars are developed over longer time scales. PES is built on the foundations of previous editions, developed a little bit here and there, promoted/marketed...
