Only if you export teams including these changes, I guess. Or learn how to edit the EDIT.bin file with a PC editor, like goldorakilla's Pro Evo Editing Studio.

If it's stuff on a modded console, I don't really know. You'd be better off asking on Evo-Web. Otherwise, copy the entire contents of your file to the USB and drag/drop the same files in my download to a folder on your PC. You can download the new datapack in-game. Not sure where else.
