No it was the X-360 version at £19.99, the PC version is £17.99. Today its now £37.96.

I had a little check of that too last night and it was £19.99 for the X-360 version but today its changed.

IMO Konami were never going to release anything new days before Gamescon. This video was released purely to show the new tactics and card systems will be used in play and how your changes effect the way the team plays. I'm really hoping the latest build from Gamescon has a lot more...

This video isn't news, it is just showing how the new tactical and card system works in-game which was announced back in June/July. Gamescom is where anything new will be revealed.

Neither do I truth be told but one can only hope. That IGN tweet sounds promising too.
