Classic Germany always give me plenty of problems on 5*. Sometimes I just can't seem to get a touch of the ball for ages. Seeler always seems to score against me at least once every match as well :rolleyes:

I tried doing the "Default Challenge" a few weeks ago. 5*, 15min games (10 mins is too short for me), cheat prevention, no transfers, accumulated fatigue. ....It doesn't help that the default teams stamina stats are shite. The whole team's knackered after a few games, subs included...

Nice! Around 35m. They don't go in often from that range. Becks is your man though (unless you've got Carlos or Maradona, that is).

These long manual passes are great when they come-off, which isn't that often. Frustrating when the FW gently heads the ball back to the keeper in that exact same situation. Ronaldo (or was that Henry?) shows how it should be done...

Well, I've just installed WinRar to look at it & some other goals in Rar format. Wonderful goal. Don't think you could get that much swerve on PS2 PES3! Beats the keeper at his near post, too.

Well, Zyg once suggested (as a joke?!) using a formation of 2-2-2-2-2, all down the middle of the pitch. I changed my 4-4-2 Master League team to this & won the next game quite well. I set the front 6 players attack arrows all forward, which basically meant a counter-attack straight down the...

This is an example of how to beat the keeper at his near post. I haven't done one of these from very far outside the area. Just aim for the far corner, holding up + :R1: on the D-pad and let the power bar fill to 1/2 from this range. So near...Saha__ :rolleyes:

Here's one I scored yesterday, playing as Man U with Zoidberg's Option file. It was done by powering it post the keeper at the far post. I just held forward & R1 on the D-pad and aimed for the far corner. From that range I let the power bar fill to about 1/2: Saha far corner f/k :cool:

Individual, dribble goals. I think they're the most difficult & the most rewarding. In comparison: f/k's you've got time to plan. Most volleys are just a case of tapping square at the right time. Okay, there are plenty of other types of goals, but I'd still go for a well-crafted jinking run...

U've gorn bust! Greedy boy. Take it easy buying expensive players with huge salaries. Buy a few cheaper players & start winning more games :) Sell a couple of your more expensive players :eek: If you still have probs, switch to an easier difficulty level.

Believe me, if you play the game as much as I do, you'll soon turn the poxy commentary off completely. The game definately suffers the odd bit of stutter (when it gets hectic in m/f, mostly). Turn the commentary off & watch a nice, smooth PES game instead.
