Hi mate. Your file size is way too big to begin with. Your actually doing pretty well to get it down from 80mb to 4mb. If you use a tv card, depending on the format, a 6 second clip will probably be just over 1mb & you can easily reduce that 50% with virtualdub. It would end up at around...
