There's lots of good keepers in PES5. Take your pick: Marshall, Isaksson, Stekelenburg, Yohann Pele, Curci ... all turn into quality keepers.

PES5.iso would do nicely. Just use DVD Decrypter to Rip (Mode > ISO > Read) and write back to DVD-R (Mode > ISO > Write).
