Just played one game so far, but my first impression/gut feeling was: good! Maybe with yet another patch we can even direct shots :w00t

I'm running it fine on my laptop from 2009 (Dell XPS 1640), but then of course all settings are on medium.

Big question is how it's midfield play will fair when compared to v 1.0 Does one dare to hope for a version with midfield play as in 1.0 but without the hysteric dribbling that plagues the same version?

No it's not just you. It's f*cked up beyond imagination. How can someone release a soccer-game without the possibility to direct shots? It's just amazing :huh: Have all their QA-guys been executed or something? If not - they should be :realmad:

Hmm, I might as well answer my own question: On the DVD, under "\program files\konami\pro evolution soccer 2012\", you will find the original 1.0-exe files. copy them to your folder where you have installed the game and it should work. Now - I too noticed a positive difference. Just played...

so how do you downgrade on PC? do you have to reinstall the whole game? I hope not.... :-|

Anyone know a guide/faq for Jenkey's gameplay tool? I downloaded Jenkey's Gameplay Tool and it seems cool - but I have no idea how to use it, the gameplay-slider e.g., what does it do? And what scripts are removed when "Removal AI cheating script" is checked? I can't find any info enclosed...

anyone tried this for PC? if so - please report! :mellow:

I beg to the good Lord that what you say is true!! :thewave: I'm still stuck with the demo (can't wait for Friday!), but I noticed that if you play on Top Player at -2 speed the AI is less prone to piss you off...perhaps because it's not so God damn lightning fast

light? as in easy? or as in twisted gravity? or what?

I think I will settle with -2 as the game's "God-mode-rage" on Top Player is much more manageable at that speed. I think that -1.5 would have been optimal for me, if such an option existed.

I got curious...so created a poll! :) As for myself I shift between -1 and -2 and can't make up my mind which one I prefer :huh:

The only thing I want to get rid of is the AI's God-like super-duper-dribbling - something that I find completely unrealistic, since it happens regardless of which player/team the AI controls...it doesn't matter if it's Messi or some drunken bloke from Glasgow Rangers :no: Unfortunately it...

I can't wait!! :) Is it applicable to the demo btw or only on the full, retail-version of the game?

Don't know who your reply was directed to, but I can at least say that the "bug/cheat-goals" I conceded had little to do with inferior tactics but rather with a goalie who spills extremely simple balls into his own net, a messed up physics engine that allows free-kicks when an attacker gets...

I played 3 games (demo #2) today and I lost every single one due to some crap-cheating/bugs. It pisses me off. Big time. So much that I had to create this poll.
