No, AFC Championship League Teams do not get updates in Winning Eleven. Akiyoshi Hayashi existed initially as a Free Agent much like Rokutan, Shibasaki and Kobayashi. It just happened to be that he transferred to FC Tokyo during the winter window.

For some reason I'm missing players like Dorian Caddy Mikel Saizar who transferred onto their teams in the end of November. I haven't done any live updates since DP2. Do they show up with newest live updates?
