This is a huge issue in the Winning Eleven Community, there's a guy that sells essentially the entire DFL and J-League (translated to Japanese) for 2000 yen ($20). He also claims every month is their 'last month in business' to trick people into buying the product... I emailed them about them...

Quick question...are all players edited so the commentary says the correct names? A lot of DFL Bundesliga players have most likely their original commentary names...

Are nicoultras' updates included with up-to-date faces according to this site? (Bundesliga bamabravesfan for example)?

This issue exists because the players in dashes are Winning Eleven Exclusive - their face data and such may not exist in PES which could be a cause... A similar thing happens when you import DFL Bundesliga teams with Japan NT players (Hamburg, Hertha, Frankfurt...) into WE, as the Japan NT...

I'm having trouble recovering a couple Hamburg SV players...to be exact, Kostic, Douglas Santos and not sure who the last player is. Not showing up even if I import.

Yeah, I temporarily made the file unavailable as I posted in the OP. We have some terrible douchepricks in the WE Community that really take the passion out of editing. It's a little tense right now but I'll re-upload a link that hopefully these living piece of turds don't catch on to.

Yeah these exclusive players have real preset faces. You'll have to manually make these players by editing fake players. I assume no Rokutan or Hayashi then?

Not exactly sure what you mean by this, but the fix I added should have the four players as base copied created players...I think you'll have to make the players from scratch using the stats and faces I put up earlier.

As far as I know yes. There are also a few players that are IG Japan NT but since stats are up for them I left those for everybody to manually add... Strange that this doesn't even work.

I'm finished with a tentative version of the top 6 J2 teams. I have to edit around a little bit since I edited some players from Other Teams(Latin America) so I'll need to put those players as created players or something like that.

I've gotten numerous reports that these players are missing if the are directly imported. I'll try exporting a base copy version next time I update the exports.

Yeah, they decided to revert to single stage (home and away) and I believe no championship last month. So next year it will just be a 34 game single stage. I live in Japan as well, as for location I can say I will be watching more J2 next year... I'm really intrigued by your username...
