Depends on what you want to use it for...just follow these rules at the bare minimum: a) credits to everybody I credited in the option file b) do not re-distribute for commercial purposes c) do not use the J League Kits by various users, if you can use the kits in Erzo's J-League export data.

There's no J League in Winning Eleven, pretty much everything is the same except for Japan NT being licensed with real player names and kits. Konami used to release J League Packs but they haven't done so since I believe 2014, and the likelihood of it happening again is grim.

Yeah I did exactly that. It's been reported on the first page that those players show up as null, probably the same way the re-named Japanese players show up as null when I import the PES-created Bundesliga on Winning Eleven.
