I've got a top-of-the-line PC, and PES3 still restarts my computer for no reason. This is the only problem I have with the game right now. If they release another patch that fixes that, it's all good. Although, it never restarted before the latest patch.

After installing the second patch, sometimes when I try to exit out of the game, my computer restarts...when XP loads up, it says there's a problem with my ATI drivers...everything else on my PC works perfectly...I guess I'm going back to the original game.

60 Hz should work, too, but it's a little hard on the eyes.

Great news...setting the refresh rate to 120 Hz got rid of the slowdown. I'm now running it at 1024 X 768, max everything, with 4X AA and 8X AF, and VSync on. It's smooth as silk. I hope this helps everyone.

So it seems that the only solution without removing files is to wait for Konami to release another patch that fixes this problem. I hope the commentary fix works, because although I don't like messing with game files, I'm sure you could just back them up and replace them when a new patch comes...
