Was Denilson even at the World Cup? I can't remember him being there.

Yeah, Denilson came on as a substitute in all 7 of Brazil's matches. The first player ever to do this in the World Cup. He came on really late in the World Cup final, which was disappointing, as he was literally making players fall over themselves.

he sucks in this game though, his shot power and accuracy is quite poor but dribbling he is just too gr8.

Denilson the king of the lollipop as big ron would say - surely one of the most overrated players in the world, good job he isn't unstoppable in the game, Ronaldinho on the other hand ...

denilson has always been a bit crap on pes. suppose its cos his main asset is his unpredictability which cant be accounted for in the game.

Although most of his stat is crappy compared to other Brazillian forwards, his dribbling is one of the bests in the game.

denilson is not a scorer..his role in football is to attrack defenders get by a few with his triple stepovers..and open a cut pass or cross to an open man. He is the originator of the triple stepover...and mentor to the new brazilian wonderkid Robinho "also know in brazil 'king if dribbles'.."..christiano ronaldo your good but not as good as Robinho...if you were brazilian then maybe you might be half as good as robinho in dribbles!

Dribble god maybe but until he gets kicked up in the air by Dave Unsworthinho he ain't worth worrying about. All style no substance these flamboyant Brazilians unless he has the power of Ronaldo he's going nowhere.

who the hell is .dave unsworthinho(english i assume?)dont think he even plays in a 2nd division???...dont get me started on dissing brazilian football...the english invented soccer..brazil perfected it! and dont say crap until you win another 4 world cups..and at the same time beat brazil in the world cup a few times...in which england has never done..also win a few world player of yr awards with your best player! notice any team with brazilian players wins tournaments..example champions league, spanish, world tournaments..cause they are unstopable and produce the most talent. and not to mention the king of soccer and athlete of the century is brazilian ...king pele. if you read a few articles the brazilian ppl have anointed Robinho as pele succesor!

And theres me thinking you were Australian. Dave Unsworthinho is without doubt the greatest left back the world has ever seen. Tackles like Beckenbaur, speed of Henry, close control of Zidane, dribbling ability of Georgie Best, header like Gullit and a left foot to die for. I always rated Maradona as the best player ever anyway, head and shoulders above anyone else.

Who the hell is Dave Unsworthinho? Can't find any info about him anywhere? Your created player??????

Then I also have John Doh, the greatest player in history with 99 in all stats, over 2m tall, red pony hair wearing mask and glasses. :)

Maradona is great...but pele is god..maradona achievements are no where near in relms of pele...maradona went to 4 world cups and only won once..pele went to 4 world cups won 3..could of won 4 if portugal didnt hack him down..which in nowadays would of lost the whole team through red cards. pele scored over 1200 goals ...maradona is one of a kind, talented yes..but not talented and graceful as pele!..this dave unworthinho...maybe one day he might get to play in the england z team?

You gotta remember that Maradona took an average side to the final twice, in 86 his genius virtually won it singlehanded and in 90 that team was awful but he pulled them through. Pele on the other hand played in great Brazil teams climaxing in the 70 win (that team would have won it without him anyway), players like Garrincha, Didi, Vava and all that 1970 team were pure class which helped no end. By the way Dave Unsworth is the big clogging left back at everton, touch of an elephant and speed to match, he's in the game so check him out for a laugh.

umm you got some point about maradona playing with a team no where near in the comparison with brazil and taking the title!but you also gotta consider...Pele was only 17 when he won brazil first world cup..and most of the important goals ..including 2 in the final game..watch pele goal in "58"age 17 world cup final..he does a flick in mid air..he seems to stop time time in the box and score."70 world cup final...many great players...but pele was the final piece to the puzzle to an already great team.Pele made the most important plays and goals in that world cup.he the one who passed the all important pass to jairzinho to get past england 1-0..after a very tight game...in the final he..was in every play scoring a goal ....1st scored a goal...and assisted in the next 2 goals!Alberto carlos said himeself" i was the captain, but pele was our leader, and promised we would take the cup"
the only chance maradona would get close to be up with pele..is if he didnt take drugs..and used his full potential!
