isn't Monaco a French club?

if it isn't, when you start a new game, load all players from Monaco, then you can manage Monaco.

San Marino seems to be pretty good. I've seen people managed to take them to the world cup.

San Marino have enough talent lying about to up their status a little, especially hidden in amongst the lower leagues of Italy. Plenty of San Marinians (no idea?!?) lingering around, many second-nationality ones too, I'd imagine.

I might see if I can get hold of a management job at a little nation in my Wigan game.

I started a game with Sierra Leone a while ago, but haven't played it in a while. Roughly half the squad is a Bangura, though only one of them's decent (Al). I stole the genius that is Steve Kabba from England. I've also got Albert Jarret to give me a Watford spine, but apart from those three the rest is really really bad.

Only notable result is a 5-1 friendly defeat to Argentina

It is, but it is also a nation.

It isn't apart of FIFA and is the 3rd best nation outside of FIFA.

There's a few places.

http://www.fmformation.net - Plenty of stuff on there, player pictures etc.

www.sortitoutsi.net - Lots of player facepacks, badges in various styles also.

I'd recommend downloading FMFormation's database update after getting patch 7.0.2 as well, it's pretty solid as updates go.
