well u may have a point there... mmmm... i guess i got used to previous WE series and forgot about the "changing stats" coz i havent played it yet. but the question is, in case a player was doin bad, would a player's stats drop to his default stats? or would it keep on droppin?

You don´t get it. Konami´s stats are just unrealistic. Of course stats change, 2 months before the European championship everyone thought Rooney is overrated, now most of the people say he´s underrated. But if you give Ronaldinho sth like 75-80 for technique, dribbling and shooting then it´s just ridicolous. And to be honest, if I wouldn´t be able to change it I wouldn´t play ML. It´s just a stupid idea to withdraw the possibility from us to decide on our own. The stats should depend on that how the player performs in real life in normal form. It doesn´t matter if he plays good in one match and weak in the next one. That´s not the way how stats for the game are generated.

Sounds like theyve gone and shot themselves in the foot, it sounds to me as you wont even be able to change the rosters in master league mode...how shit will that be. For example in 6 months time, you start a new master league game and Hasselbaink is still at Chelsea etc.

konami is probably thinking as long as we control the game, then we shud be able to live with the fact that stats change just like they do in real life, according to game performances and trainings. i duno how those people think, but thats the assumption i can come up with hehe

Again, why does it matter? It's not like in your Master League Rooney will be overrated and then in 2 months, underrated. ML =/ real life.

I think what Larsson means is that if Ronaldihno for instance was rated poorly e.g. below 80 for technique, then if you changed it to say 99 or whatever then you wouldnt be able to keep it that way!

Of course stats of Rooney depend on how he performs in MY ML, that´s why the player stats WILL actually change in ML during a season depending how they perform. But I´d like to have realistic stats when I begin the game, I´m not speaking about changing eg the shot-power from 85 to 90, I´m speaking about the fact that some players are really underrated in the game, that´s not realistic. You also like to play with real names, appearance and this stuff, don´t you ?

yea bonzo but the thing is ronaldinho and any other player do not always play the same. sometimes he performs less and sometimes great. depends on the game and training. well i think i like the system tho. imagine urself playin in real life, sometimes u wud perform greatly and everyone wud b talkin bout u, and sometimes its just not ur day. thats real life football

wo wo wo wo! Hold on... I never knew ALL your players Stats (Shot Power, Shot Technique) improved.... I thought it was just your, average bobs (Default ML Team Players, No offence to anyone named bob, rob, robbie, robert, bobby, bobert, roberto or boberto...lol) that improved. If thats the case it's not that bad actually, qwuite good as a matter of fact!

we8 shouldnt have 'language change facility' Baz coz its supposed to be sold in Japan only. unless they do a we8international, then yea.

Just give me realistic lighting,better pitch look,and some more fluid animation and i'll be happy. the licenses,the ML doesn't matter for the first few months until the patches come out. I'm more concerned about what we'll have as a core game. graphics can not be improved by a patch, and lighting and textures can't be either. it's what they do with it technically that i'm most worried about because it is a $75 dollar game once I get it.With that said. WE7:I is a great game and only needed a few tweaks anyway(especially the goal clearance),but now that I've gotten FootBall Kingdom i see what more they can implement into their game as well. Football Kingdo has great ideas but not the Konami dev team behind it. Namco's cool for Soul calibur and what not but it's reaching a bit with it's footie game,yet it managed to do things and look very good for it's first version. Something Konami has had a chance to improve on already since seeing now that it's at number 8 in it's series. major concerns/minor concerns a plenty, but one thing's for sure who on this board's NOT gonna buy it?

Tsst tsst tsst I´m telling all of you w11 lovers: Nokami are a bunch of asshole type gay yellow sons of something bad I expect nothing but a great gameplay and a batch of crappy ideas in all other aspects of the game. As always. But things tend to become hard to accept. It´s so stupid that it hurts my feelings, both as a football lover and a W11/Pro Evo gamer. I´ll try to keep coolness somehow, and love the "beauty" when i get it...
Remember: they don´t see Football the way we Europeans do. It´s a shame...but it´s true
