yea, i hate the old red cross injury. they cant continue on and are injured for 3-4 matches afterwards. konami is getting into realism in every game

Nice Work DB - We have replays which the last video settles all my worries to rest as WE8 looking alot like WE7I:J. The cross from the left was excellent. Nice music as well

thx danny. Even though the more i watch, the more they remind me of we7i lol. in those latest videos i noticed improvements in passing and crossing. i hope the cpu is on level 1 coz i cant believe the keeper is that crappy

The Liverpool/Everton Video is real development for Konami. They have obviously captured the motions of Kewell and it's shown in the shot where he scores. Bags of fun!

It won't be great changes about PES3 or WE7 I i think, anyway I like the new improvements on passing ans crossing, i think the game need these changes.

Anyway we've to wait and play it.

Erm, who said that "cross" from the left looked "great", he just played it weakly in and the defence didn't even move. I do hope strongly thats on beginner mode, but the keepers look appalling as well from those videos - and keepers don't usually change between difficulty levels.

The graphics are looking smooth though, the kewell volley was quite realistic except for the defense didn't close him down at all, once again thats probably down to the difficult level though, however does this mean they haven't improved the computer AI? Because on the last 2 games the AI defense has always dropped ridiculously deep sometimes defending 8-10 yards out...I strongly hope thats been changed because just as its on easy mode shouldn't mean the opponents all defend backs to the walls.

I'm trying to take into account that the videos always look a bit tacky and they are only for demonstration purposes. However I remember seeing the pes3 videos and being quite impressed, I really haven't been impressed by any of these videos.

@Christiano! - I said it because unlike you, I am actually appreciating what the game has to offer instead of expecting a almost realistic simulation of a game of football.

I really don't understand what you want from this game. PES3 was the best soccersim ever, and I surely believe that they have improved PES4 compared to PES3. Ofcourse the game will has it flaws, but this game will be the closest you'll get to real football. And for the defending of the CPU in PES3? It really depends on how you play and who you are playing against. Just like in real football. Thought you liked real football ;) .

Christiano !! You're expectations are too great. Compare this to fifa, EA are a massive billion dollar company with loads of resources and staff, the gameplay on fifa is crap, this because it is bloody hard to make a football game. I don't think konami "can't be bothered" implementing what you ask for, its just that its impossible for them to do it, especially as they are now the benchmark so they can't copy off anyone else. The improvements are obvious to me when I watch the movies as I'm sure they are to you, you are just being pessimistic and quite offensive to the god-like programmers at Konami. I'll tell you what you go join the PES development team and tell them what you expect to be implemented in pes4 with their resources, time scale and technology and I'll think you'll walk out with a broken nose.
