Campeonato Nacional de Liga 2003/04 Primera y/o /Segunda Division Producto bajo Licencia Oficial de la LFP
that means that there will be the Spanish league and confirms that the uniforms are from the year 2003/04.
the use of real player names and likenesses is authorised by FIFPro and its member associations.

The game is looking very good visually, especially the new lighting effects, although Konami have to go easy on the FIFA style player varnish that gives them a glossy appearence. I'm impressed with the new stadiums and new gameplay features that have been reported. I just hope that konami give us a new editor so that we can get the unlicensed teams looking as good (loads of kit templates and a sponsor editor please!). And please allow us to edit licensed kits when they become out-of-date, ie straight away as soon as the game is released! I wont keep going on about the 2003/04 licensing issue because it doesnt seem to bother anyone else (ive heard plenty of people saying they are not bothered about the kits - they patch the game. Surely a contadiction!).

Failing this, hopefully PES3 will be patchable so i can get an up-to-date version of the game i love. And by the way, FIFA will be based on the 2004/05 season, you can guarantee it.

I doubt there will be any new editing options - I mean, we have heard NOTHING about them yet.

Which means the same crappy old way of transferring players around, something I have still to this day never got the hang of. It sums up Konami so damn well :)

Cristiano, i think the fact they havent said anything doesnt really imply what has changed either way surely? I mean no news is good news right? hmm...now i got myself thinking actually....well maybe they have tweaked some aspects of editing cos they cant just bring out more or the less the same as what they had on we7/pes3 can they?

I hope not mate, but as we all know, you can never really tell with Konami.

Alot can happen in three weeks so I hope Konami bring a brand new extremely detailed editing system. It should be one of the most important aspects of W11 8 (besides gameplay of course!!)

The ability to edit whatever the hell you want makes the whole series stand shoulders above any other football game on the planet. Have some faith guys, Konami won't let us fans down!!!

I'm glad you have that much faith in Konami to know what the fans want, because I sure as hell don't. :)

Wouldn't it also be nice if Konami did something like the new Football Kingdom game in terms of the goal nets....that looks so damn sweet!

In terms of the goal nets?! heck what about animation? some of FK's gameplay and animation is the best i've encountered ever. The game takes getting used to and has horrible AI(meaning if you play against the computer) but if you play against somebody it's tops. The pace is just right, maybe too fast for some(but that's because :triangle: is ment to be a bullet pass) but if you regulate between passes (which all have meters) it's tops. Plus in about 20+ games i haven't scored the same goal twice. :)

As it was stated a few pages ago, it seems FIFA have lost the licensing from Nike. I was over at MSN Gamesradar and came across this screenshot of "BabyFace" branding last seasons kit with out a "Nike" emblem.

Could we see an appearance a few Premiership teams in the near future? Why are Konami delaying the videos? Is it because they've got something to hide? We'll see...

FIFA looks poor! The pic of Kezman at Old Trafford shows him wearding PSVs new kit so maybe some teams will have the new kits and others won't!
