still not sure i have performed a sliding tackle online that has been timed with me hitting the button. I always slide some measurable amount of time after the button is struck.

i tried to volley that poached goal the other day and it made me trap it first. Lucky no one around me because it was the perfect setup for a CB to kick it away from me with the AI prescribed 2 touch.

Phats don't listen to Mak - buy me some stuff about Lvl 51. My guy is fat and shit, he needs all the help he can get. It will only improve the team in the long run.

That goes for anyone else about lvl 51 and has some spare coin knocking about. I'd be eternally grateful.

It may have been me that had the ball on the right when you were in space Apps but I can't be certain. In any event, I should explain what is going on when I'm running down the wing:

-If I see open space I can burst into, I go for it. Note the word burst though.
-I like to play early balls over the top of the defence. These are based on instinct and sometimes if I delay for what I feel is too long but may not be, I might abandon the thought altogether and look for another runner or option. Barn may have noticed this before while raging at me for not playing him in.
-If someone (usually Barn) is in a good position but it took me too long to think about the pass or move my hand over the button, I will likely run down the wing instead as I've missed the opportunity or am not confident I can get the right shape on the ball. This will happen most often.

I feel, rightly or wrongly, that if I were to be more aware of a pass in some situations I would curb the threat my crossing carries. I am mindful of mistakes I make though; if in a particular game I've crossed and crossed to no avail I will consciously mix up the play.

That was a magical 60 seconds for me last night though. The free-kick and then the pass over the top to Barn who finished superbly.
