robben, maduro, landzaat, van galen, mathijssen, kuyt, kromkamp all underrated, the dutch team has worse stats then ireland :eek:hmy:

I think you could get banned for talking dutch, anyways, we aren't that good I'm afraid. However I do believe we are a bit better than Ireland. Good to see 3 Dutch posts on a row ;)

Whilst I'd agree that Holland are better then Ireland, Holland aren't rated highly because you haven't won anything (or come close) in decades. You do have the players tho and I think you've got a great chance in 2006.

I love playing as the Dutch and I'm from England! Always pick Holland over England every time. It suits my technical game better.

guys highly unlikely....i always love using the dutch-nat. i never pay attention to the stat but they're able to compete with brazil (and beat them often) when i let com play com.

Van the Man is almost abck on his goalscoring ability(poaching)...who'll partner him for WC06?...i think it's a toss between Makaay and RVP....i'd much prefer the RVP, because he's more creative striker than Makaay

2004 semi finals, that is simply world class
compare to to for instance england who is overrated as hell in this game

van nistelrooij won't get any partner, netherlands still play 4-3-3 thank god, so we play with robben and van persie/kuyt on the wings and ruud in the centre, makaay occasionally but he's a player who can only score and doesn't add to the teamplay

I assure you, if England played Holland in a competitive game tomorrow, Holland would not win. You can mention the Denmark game all you want (and you will if you're from Scotland!) but it was 0-0 at half time with Englands full strength team. What do you expect if we put on crap like James and play with inept tactics?

I still think the England players would take it upon themselves to ignore Sven's tactical 'genius' and get stuck in. Make sure SWP and Defoe are playing and we'd nick a goal or two.

In my opinion, we (the Dutch) aren't that good. I still can't believe why we're always one of the favourites to win a cup and why we are seen as one of the best teams in the world (I believe we're no. 3 in the fifa-worldranking) Anyways, I hope to see we'll win the next world championship by beating England in the final :)
