Yes and no. Most were done after this mess. Since I had to change out Player ID's, I worked league at a time then exported and stated the next league until was done and installed as complete OF.
Originally Player IDs in the range of 22944 to 30000 were discovered to work. Then
Albiore discovered 5 days after Data Pack 3 in December that the Player IDs in the range of 65536 and 99999 worked --- So possible that Konami removed arrange of Player IDs in order to fix the ML bug.
I know last week someone had a TED file giving him a problem with a message of "This data includes players who cannot be imported". I asked him to share the TED so I could look at it. I opened in TED Editor to look at it and everything looked fine as he had the right Player IDs. I installed it and received same message. So I tried different Player IDs in that December range of Player IDS and discovered the first 23 players of the 66000 range no longer worked. Tried different ranges 70000 and over and worked. Tried first 23 of 68000 and worked................His issue was the first 23 of 66000 so I don't know how far up to 68000 range it doesn't work. Maybe from 66000 to 66999 no longer works. I am going to test today at 67000 to see if it works. You know Konami, as easily as those ranges became available in December, they could have easily removed some ranges on the ML bug fix.
