I really like this game. Don't see why some people hate this game so much.

I'm already on level 36 since DICE have made leveling up much faster in this BETA.

Sadly, i can't play due to my TV not working properly anymore.

The BETA build is apparently 2 months old and the ultra settings (if you're a PC gamer) is what medium would be in the final game.

Yes I read about it being old by 2 month or so but any link for article stating that
ultra settings (if you're a PC gamer) is what medium would be in the final game?

I want to give you an overview of how the Open Beta is helping us shape a fantastic final game, what we are implementing based on your feedback, and how the Open Beta will help us deliver a robust gaming environment from day one.

Just like normal procedure when releasing a game, the Open Beta has had long lead times due to testing, certification, and setting up. This means that the code you are now playing is actually quite early and not representative of the final game.

We had to do this in order to have as many people testing as possible, in order to ensure a top quality experience when the game is released. However, we’re confident in the Battlefield formula and confident that our fans will support us in order to make Battlefield 3 better.

The biggest reason for running the Open Beta is to stress test our servers and back end. Already, we are seeing 6 times the number of simultaneous players in the Battlefield 3 Open Beta compared to the Beta for Battlefield: Bad Company 2! The fact that Battlefield 3 is clearly our biggest game launch ever by a magnitude of 6 makes it doubly important to test everything.

We’re heading out on the road this week to let journalists experience all aspects of Battlefield 3. Stay tuned for their previews, and stay tuned for the final game on October 25th. The final game will look, play and sound better than the Open Beta. You have helped making sure of that.

I'm starting to get moderately decent at this. Unfortunately my team's always losing but I'm usually in the top 2 for us. Unlocked C4 last night. Fun pranks ahead.

Enjoying the Gameplay more and more on PS3 everytime I play the game.

Which other FPS lets you crawl by a foliage with Flashlight/Laser activated with multiple scopes for a single rifle(mine favourite reticule and dot) only to be detected by enemy soldiers because you forgot to turn off your MK9s flashlight? MGS? but its a stealth third person action game and It doesn't have the maps the size of Battlefield3.
really enjoying AEK and SKS at the moment.
9.3/10 for Gameplay
8.4/10 for graphics (which I believe will improve and will be more polished for the reatail version)

B3 will easily beat other multiplayer FPS's that I've enjoyed in the past viz.CS,KZ,COD,BC2,Crysis1,2,Halo

Well I find bushes realistic that from some angles leaves will blind your sight.

Yes tactical lights are bit extreme but they might be softened in the final retail version or one thing I already know is your health doesn't go from 100 percent to 0 percent within few seconds in the retail version.
So even if the light blinds you for a second there is still a chance you might be able to shoot back when the glare dims.
