who's the best player ever to grace pes?there are many players that could lay claim to this title from various editions,for example rivaldo in pes 3 was a phenomenon as was vieira and recoba.shevchenko and henry from the ssame edition were also mind blowing,better thean the recent classic players.i want people to name their best modern player and bedt classic players from all editions. mine are classic-gullit, and modern shevchenko pes3

For me, the best player to 'garce' PES has to be Recoba. Simply because everyting I tried, be it free kicks, shots form anywhere on the park down to tackles in midfield always worked.

Shame his stamina was shit really.

there are many, shevchenko in pes6 is fantastic, also rivaldo or ronaldinho in same edition.

I would say also Shevchenko, and from the classic, maybe Romario or Pele

Based on the stats of Pes Stats Database (FAR more realistic than Konami's default), Maradona and Messi are untouchable.

yeah adriano was like a steam train on 6.seabass definately jumped the gun on that one.i never actually played with him as he was in my mates team but he did look sick.

Adriano was great, only problem was he pushed people over so easily and sometime sther wer called as fouls, eto was nearly as good.... another one(for some reason) specially in 08 and 09 was henri camara, unstoppable, it was annoying....

Michael Owen was unstoppable in PES 1&2. I think Ronaldo for the remainder, with the exception for the last two. Anyone with pace and strength were in PES 08/09 are superb

for me it has to be emile mpenza & olisadebe from pes2 omg they were ridiculous, then there was chiesa in pes3 but in terms of consistency through all pes games why has nobody said totti! he is a beast in every game!
