Mate, if XPORT360 is reading your MU, I'm clueless as to why you cant see any partitions? You say you definitely have an edit file saved on your MU. When you open XPORT360 did you select "open" and then "open HDD/Memory Unit" or something along those line?

Hey dude, thanks for your reply firstly.
Yeah, i got my 512mb card yesterday i already made some edits, like boots and club names before and saved on my xbox hd. I then added my mem card to xbox, opened dashboard and copied over the edit date from PES2009 to my memory card which was a bout 4mb i think. Then put in the datel trf kit, but didnt use the wizard or software that comes with it as people said not too on here. I added the MU and my computer recognized it, so i opened XPORT and it comes up 'xbox 360 512mb etc' so i press ok and that does show on the xport 360 left hand side column, but when i go to double click it to drop down into partitions there is no option for me to do that!!
All im left thinking is, do i have any drivers installed to recognize the files on my MU, so that partitions do drop down?
The only thing i havent tried is the XPLODER programme, but i cant find a link for that!!!
Any ideas?

I doubt your PC will read the MU without you first installing drivers. This is what I'd suggest.
1) Plug in your MU to PC via the transfer kit.
2) Go to My computer right click and properties.
3) select the hardware tab and then device manager.
4)Now under univeral storage device click the "+" sign if you see anything along the lines of XBIOS (something like that) right click and unistall.
5) unplug your MU, transfer Kit, restart PC and plug it in again. It should tell you to install drivers now via the windows setup wizard.
6) select ok, and choose the second option (NOT the one that reads "let windows search"). On the next screen browse to your xport folder (where ever you saved it , usually program files) and install the drivers from there.
The problem I had was, that even after the XPORT 360 installation my MU wasnt recognised, hence why installed XPLODER 360 only for the drivers.

Remember to choose the second option on the windows setup wizard and browse to the XPLODER 360 folder. After this run XPORT 360 and open the HDD/Memory option.
BUT try the XPORT 360 drivers first.

shit, no joy, i removed the usbio thing and loaded up everything again. I think i need to use the XPLODER, i have dloaded it, but cant find password, email etc to use?

Any idea when V2 will be released lads ? I'm actually itching to get it on the roll, loving V1 at the moment, especially since I'm at Portsmouth in my BAL career in the Premier League and it feels so much smarter having everything verging official. Plus I'm back at my Uni accommodation on Monday so I won't be on the net, so I've got fingers crossed it's released before then.
You dont need to run XPLODER 360, you just need to install it for the drivers, then just run XPORT 360.
I know the whole process can be a bitch, I spent 3 days and 10 hours on it :angry:
Ok, the only thing I can think of now is;
1) keep your device manager open.
2) Plug in your transfer kit w/ MU and see what pops up in the Device Manager and unistall. (If the windows setup wizard pops up, it means your MU is not recognised).
3) Once unistalled, unplud MU and plug it in again. You should get the Windows Set up window. (If not restart your PC)
4) I'm at work so the next part is not accurate, but near enough. Choose the second option (not the RECOMMENDED one)
5) On the next window select the option, which allows you to browse for drivers.
6) find the XPLODER folder or try the XPORT again. (Both should be located in C drive - program files)
7) Once selected, hit OK. Windows will do its thing. You'll prob see a box with 2 optiions, these are the drivers. It shouldn't matter, but I selected the 2nd option.
8) Again windows will do its thing. After which open the device manager and your MU should be recognised.
9) Now open XPORT 360 and see if your MU is displayed. Test is by clicking image - backup. next screen hit OK. you should see a progress bar. If this happens XPORT 360 is working w/ your MU.
10) Now check is you can see the partitions, click on Partition 2, keep clicking the various content that appears until you see an EDIT file and an OPTION file and drag Daymos' OF (unxip it first) to the XPORT 360 side.
Mate, thats the best I can do. It should work. Just make sure you look at what pops up in Device manager when you plug in yout MU and uninstall, start fresh, follow the steps and locate the folder for XPORT or XPLODER (YOU DONT NEED TO RUN XPLODER, ONCE YOU'VE INSTALLED IT'S DRIVERS)
If it doesnt work, then I have no idea what the problem could be. If anyone else can help on here?
I have the datel data transfer kit and a 512mb memory unit. i've installed the xploder drivers for the transfer kit and im using XPort 360. The Problem im having is that XPort 360 recognises my memory unit but doesn't allow me to look into it, double clicking show's no partitions. When I create a back up image and view it I can view the partitions anyone able to help me really wanting to play the game with this OF!!
I managed to get it to work. OF is class.
What I was doing wrong was I was using v 1.11 of XPort 360 I downloaded V 1.12 from this site
