Hi guys... can someone tell me how to swap teams between leagues (i.e: Brescia from Other European Teams to Italian Serie B)?

Just read through this whole thread... So disappointed. I moved to PES a few years ago after getting fed up with FIFA's last-second goal scripting, and now I may finally give up football games for good.
For me, besides the transfers missing it's the lack of stats updates that really ruins it for me... I play mostly Liga NOS and Benfica's youngsters are all wrong, stats way too low (N. Semedo especially), and the positions... a RB is a CMF, a RMF is a CF, WTF? Jonas should be one of Benfica's top 3 players along with Gaitán (86) and Júlio César (81) and in PES he is a 74 (I think he was 79 last year???)! So even with the roster complete, I don't play with real life line ups because I sell half my team, what's the point?
The worst is I can genuinely say Konami cost me a lot of money with this... I bought a PS4 the weekend before this game's release, should have just waited and bought it cheaper later (price came down a couple of weeks ago)! And I bought the game on day 1 expecting full rosters 2 weeks after transfer deadline, whether already in the game or with a day 1 patch, as would be reasonable...
Never again, had always bought 2nd hand before, will do again next year IF Konami sorts at least the transfers in the next week or two. Sick of holding on playing ML, other games coming out and me waiting like an idiot, time to move on to something else soon (so I give my new PS4 some purpose!!!). Spent hours updating kits for this...
There's NO EXCUSE for the rosters to be correct online since a month ago and the Data Pack to come out without the last day's transfers 2 MONTHS AFTER DEADLINE, it's like a sick prank on us! In trying to force us online so they can make more money they're pushing us all away from the game altogether.

It is happening again
It's the same with a lot of the added players. They import them with a default position eg if there's a player who is a midfielder in real life (lets say, a LMF), he will be imported as a CMF. They also give him default attributes. This is why you'll see a lot of players with exactly the same attributes, eg:

The latter two are not CMFs in real life. Even for bigger teams, they just haven't altered the attributes, so Dele Alli for example (Spurs player) is only rated 61, when in reality, he's much better than that.
Just shows the lack of care and research they put into getting accurate team and player information.

I'm from a generation when the internet/patching was not available so games companies had to release games finished. If it wasn't they would take a massive hit to their reputation. Now it seems companies know they can just release an unfinished game with false promises and patch it later. Particularly for footy games as we only have 2 choices.
Sadly there are too many 'fanboys' who make excuses for the likes of PES and Bhatti at every turn and accept the poor standard of service many games companies give us. I don't expect perfection but I do expect some respect from the company for the fact I've given them my money. Look at Bhatti's latest tweet, paraphrased, 'sorry about the offline update but the online update has been working since 2nd of Oct.' Yeah cheers for that, really helpful. Again classic Bhatti distraction technique.

This explains why a bunch of Benfica wingers were introduced as CFs, although their abilities were a tad different.
Dele Alli, Dier, Oxford, Grealish, Joe Gomez, Browning, Galloway, Iheanacho, Andreas Pereira... And the list continues.
And then they say "we included every player given a squad number". Yeah, I could do this shit as well.

I think it says a lot about Konami's ethos that they actually promoted him fairly recently. Konami's behaviour leaves a lot to be desired, are they really proud of that pathetic 'data pack?' Bhatti comes out with sound-bites with the express intention of misleading people, he needs to acquire some integrity!
They need to sack him and recruit someone who is actually professional and genuinely cares about the consumer- Bhatti does not meet those criteria!

I didn't know that, but in the cases I mentioned it's not even that... Some have last year's stats, (from when they were relatively unknown so fair enough for last year), and they're higher than 60... Others are new and have higher stats too but they're still low or wrong position... N. Semedo is a RB in real life, here he's a CMF 74, and 70 at RB... Wouldn't be too wrong if he was a 74 at RB... But then Eliseu who is LMF/LB and the worst player in the starting line up is 79! Silvio and A. Almeida are all worse RB's than him and are 79 and 77... Why is G. Guedes a CF and not a RMF??? Just a mess.
Old school gamer here too, I agree that internet (and consoles) have somewhat ruined gaming for those and other reasons.
Wouldn't be so bad if they actually patched the games, problem is EA, Codemasters and others these days will release ONE patch that fixes only a small part of the biggest technical glitches but will leave out a bunch of game-breaking bugs and not give a toss, call their work as done and move on to next year's game. Kudos to Polyphony Digital though, they released an unfinished GT5 but then patched it and improved it all through a couple of years... I guess this Japanese ethos is inexistent in Konami for some reason...

Apparently no one wants to help there to busy with there problems, alright so go to edit mode competition structure and Europe thats how you can swap teams. Cheers mate

regarding Bueno inquiry , it's not the topic however you go to edit mode & chose competition structure and it's very easy to swap teams from one competition to the other as well as change the rules in Competition (like making the German league 18 teams etc) section above competition structure
although Konami did make an announcement not to edit anything till the data pack 2 comes out in god knows when

There is also a post on reddit( r/wepes) that lists just the main ones. These are mainly the British transfers.

You need Competition structure in edit mode for this, press X on the team you want to move and swap them with a team from the league you want to move them into

I unchecked the boxes for club and national team updates, but now I've decided to get them. Unfortunately, I don't see any options for getting the new rosters. Does anybody know how to download these?

If you go to edit mode then transfers there should be a option to default, on PS it is usually triangle. This will default every transfer to the data pack default.

Unfortunately the DLC turned back all edited faces to default, but lucky that I didn't work too many players, also strange that Konami kept my Connor Wickham for me as a special gift, he wasn't change back.
I also take a look of the new comer players, terrible that I thought they didn't get a crew for offline players stat, how could a keeper only 165cm for EPL ? the substitute keeper for Liverpool Ryan Fulton was the sample, no one check once before the DLC out for public?
I think may be the online update will be much better cos it could earn more, so sad.
