[FACES] Special Face Builds - please, no requesting.

Well, you don't get an option. It just automatically over-writes.
I'm using Daymos V3 which I then updated all the Jan Transfers myself. I downloaded DP4 and said NO to transfers... All fine.
But DP5, just overwrites. I've got Manninger playing Ukraine, I've got 17 year old CB's playing in midfield for Milan.... And all of the free agents have disappeared... It's going to take a lot of work

Are there any new boots or something? If I hear your story, I'm thinking about not downloading it...

Thing is mate, Konami have apparently made adjustments to improve the gameplay.

As much as I appreciate the weeks and weeks of work that Daymos & 7oy have put into these option files, there's certainly a downside when it comes to Konami's updates.

Preferably, I'd rather just have an option file which contains lots of Classic Pre-set Faced players within the created player section and teams with correct names and kits.
But now I've got Petkovic playing for Wales!

After DP5 totally bummed my Option File, it has taken me 6 days to edit hundreds of players Nationalities and carry out hundreds of transfers plus re-select proper players in to the national teams.

Plus thanks to a great guy, I now have the majority of the classic pre-sets...

Haha. And about the gameplay fixes, downloading the patch on its own should do this. The Data Pack will just be for Copa Libertadores stuff. 7oy has informed me that the OF2 feature in the w!LD@ editor could make everything much quicker to fix, but with all that I've put into my save personally, I'm not sure I should take the risk.

Well, after the Installation the game ask you, before it overwrites the savefiles. So maybe you could say NO and than you restart the game to get your OF.
(i forgot to click "no", so my brother has a deleted OF. :blush

I clicked NO on my PC version of the game and it fucked up all of the created squads. All the J.League teams I had went to 23 players and got jumbled. I had a backup though so it was ok.

Hey Rebelinho, I think I may just play and enjoy the game for a bit. The amount of face building and editing I've done and had to do over the past couple of months has really made me a bit dis-interested in the actual gameplay itself.

But, I may create the odd player here and there. I may go for the types of players who were shit. Because my option file is now full of top players - past and present.

I'd love to create Vinny Jones or Peter Beardsley or Salvatore Schillacci or Rai (Brazil 94).
