Playing PES today, I released just how bad the gameplay was. My players just ran away from the ball, the auto player switch is way too slow and passes go miles away from any of my players. I don't remember the gameplay being this bad when I got the game back in January, so I looked around and found out that option files can cause the gameplay to go funny, is this true?

You would'nt think so? but when i played it the first time after 1.5, I noticed I could'nt score many goals and was having loads of 0-0 matches, then i just signed a whole new squad between transfer windows & now im hammering most teams, the AI is worse than ever though i know what you mean, if you run down the wing beat the full back and hold triangle it will put a low through cross into the box, watch as your oponents defence stand still as you can just run in behind them for a tap in, this happens 80% against most sides if you try it!

its a cheap way of scoring, but highlights the poor AI in PES

Also, do you have to wait ages for your players to come back onside after a corner or a big attack?

what do you think? I wasnt impressed with gameplay, defending is very bad, although I was happy with the movement of players e.g. overlaping, I think theres another demo out before its released so hopefully it will improve-just my opinion

Easy that, just don't cop the file titeld edit date only copy the stuff you want.

You will have to load the kits in for yourself though.

The pes demo doesn't look a whole lot better than pes 11 but it's "early doors" as they say.

As for you guys experiencing problems with the gameplay and AI in pes, I can't relate. Just a thought but maybe it's down to your tv I have a great tv for playing video games on a Samsung c530 and it runs very smooth and the input lag is extremely low. I also have a high speed hdmi cable I got off amazon for < than 10 euro.
