Sorry to read that, but I don't blame ya one bit.

Don't think I'm gonna have the time or can be bothered to add all the newly promoted teams myself. I think I might just replace some of the German teams with other European teams off other OFs and just do some of the major transfers that happen.

As I promised myself I'd do more playing, than editing with Pes6. :D
(I only bothered getting 6 over Christmas, and haven't really rinsed it out like previous games)

why we dont make a group of people that will help goalgerd to make the new of for 2008-2009.
this is because the pes 2009 will no be release this year.

I wouldn't mind helping, maybe doing kits and appearances.

I wouldn't have a clue about doing stats for the newly promoted team's
players. :D

I think he's on holiday and to be fair he said he's not gonna do another OF. Give him time to come back on here and maybe when he sees people are willing to help, he might change his mind and coordinate the file.
Plus there's plenty of time to start working on a update.

I've done some work on my own personal copy of Goalgerd's last file, I'm not bothering with the newly promoted teams or anything. I've just replaced half the German teams with other European clubs (Zenit being one of them.) from various other OFs.

It's really just for personal use/fun, I haven't updated the squads as yet, I'm just going through updating kits and picking suitable stadiums for each team.
(I'll upload it, if anyone wants to have a play about on it/tweak it, what ever.)

So to be honest I'm not too fussed about a new OF now, I'll wait and see how things develop when/if Goalgerd comes back on here.

It's for the PC, but you can convert it with the Pes6 editor if needed: http://www.purplehaze.eclipse.co.uk/

It's not a perfect file, the new teams need updating etc. (And there might be a few duplicates on the file now.) But I've given them the latest kits and tried to pick stadiums close to their real ones, so its still playable.

The new teams who replace half of the German teams are:
Zenit, Trabzonsporsk, Lokomotiv, Spartak, Dynamo Moscow, Dinamo Zagreb, Hajduk Split, FC Partizan, Red Star, Dinamo Bucuresti, Standard Liege, B Munchengladbach & Aberdeen (who replace Kobenhaven.)

(*I know Stuggart are a top German team, but I went over them with B Munchengladbach, the file was just for personal fun and I don't play with Stuggart.)
