hey guys am new here! im playing BAL for about a month now.. i think

Made a AMF. started in the dutch league.. dont remeber the name of the team lol..

January transfers(had a 6.x rating or something) went to FEYENOORD!!!We got the MASTER CUP and LEAGUE CUP! next year the LEAGUE CUP again.BTW didn't mentioned... Also got into the spain team the second year and won the WORLD CUP

Time to move on then i said.. Fiorentina wanted me.. altho a CF.. i said what the heck am going there.
I didnt liked it at all lol... anws.. In January JUVE offered me a contract.. i said ill w8 a bit more..Guess what.. INTER came with an offer! Accepted with not hesitation!(CF again btw)

MY stats were pretty decent i scored a goal few assists and we got the league!
Stupid fucks tho.. didnt renew my contract i was really thinking to go to JUVE.. But then i see BARCELONA made me an offer..OFF I GO!!
It was FUCKING GREAT!!! made the bench after 3 trainings! Started scoring loads goals and assists!!

We got the CUP the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, the LEAGUE i was top SCORER of the CL and TOP ASSIST in CL also in the CUP!
EURO for spain got it!!! MVP of the tournament , Assist leader! and team of the year ir w/e was that.!

Just started the 5th season pretty well too with BARCA ( contract is about 2700 or so) Played 9 games till know got 7 goals and 4 assists!
Bad thing is they put me DMF know.... rarelly CF -__- jesus.. but anws i get my self on front and score goals for the team.

One BIG question i got is about the special abilities.. I got a friend hes on 6th season he got LOADS of special abilities (i got none) and fcking a lot of 90's and even 95's on hes stats.. and i played way a lot more matches than him... WTF is going on?? thx for any comments..BTW we both play on TOP PLAYER

So .. what really is the secret behind suomisofts SS form? It Is: I have recasted completely my SS body. Because of that he is much faster, well balanced and good header from the beginning.

Also I have played a lot, so I know my game. With good speed and well timed moves you can almost beat everything and I mean everything :shocking:

But it helps you a lot if you have a good balance + header too... and also, if you know how to play the game, in other words: how to put your skills in use.

You can have all these skills and high ratings and still you can´t get anywhere if you don´t know what you are doing. :huh:

However, ultimately, your success in game depends on yourself.

I spended hours to get my SS form look like it is now and I can say that I´m very satisfied so far. :happy:

Yeah ... I edited my player in the beginning and it helped me to get these results.

In my first season at Bolton we finished 15th, narrowly missing out on 12th spot due to a final day defeat. I played 1,408 minutes from 24 games. And I scored a season rating of 6.04, an improvement on last season.

I had offers from Sunderland, West Ham, and Newcastle, in the summer transfer window. But I turned them all down in favor of a second season at Bolton as I'm enjoying my time there. I'll only consider a move away if we fail to improve on last season, or if we sell without strengthening. If an offer from a massive club arrived I would have to really think on it, though.

Start of this season (my third) and we're sitting 10th after 10 games. We drew 0-0 at Stamford Bridge before beating West Ham 1-0 at Upton Park, where I got the winning goal. Then we beat Arsenal 2-0 at the Rebok. I scored the opener, and set-up the second. That got me a 7.5 and Man of the Match. Let's hope I can continue this form, as I dipped second half of last season after a promising start.

i've got my pes2009 for 2 weeks..n i'm just start to play BAL,no attention for ML
anymore..haha
here's info about my legend

i'm play in top player and a'm built my legend from my own body
height is 179 and weight is 58..and i'm choose for CM position
i've start my career with wigan
have to wait for 5 games till my first debut
but i only got several chances at wigan..and got average 6.0 and 6.5 every game
at the half of season,got several offers from other team
and i choose to sign for hull..just to get to bench again,play for inter-match
and play for 1st team after 4 games..but coach giv me a start as SS
with my legend stats likes shit,it's too hard for me to score a goal..even to assist
i've just play my best,and sometimes i'v got to play in CM..
at the end of season,ive just scored 2 and assist 1
then,i transfered to fulham..where i got a 1st team place for almost 1 season..beside 2-3 games i didn't play bcoz didn't fit..
now my stats a bit higher then before..i preferred to max the streghten point on balance,bcoz i think it's an important for CM..now i got 72 balance which isn't too good to play in CM..and got add to AM and SS in position..
last nite,i've just finished my 2nd season with fulham..and i'm 19 now

i've got question..

which average salary is bout 650-700
now my salary is 350
and i'v got offers from blacburn-who finished 1st in league

which side should i choose?
i'm looking for club who played in european cup

Things started rosy last night. got my first start for the toon against the Hammers. Lost 2-0, but I hit the post about 4 times & didn't misplace a single pass. Nice 7 rating followed. Owen, who played the full 90 alongside me only got 5.5 the useless little plank.

Next game was Villa in the league. 1-0. My assist for Martins (who's currently the top scorer), then Arsenal at home. Thrilling 2-2, our defence threw the game away with 2 terrible defensive balls-ups in the second half. I got fouled in the second half & was carried off. Didn't expect to just see me sat on the sidelines though. Very odd, especially as after 5 mins I just stood up and jogged back on the pitch.

Then it went all pete tong. West Ham in the league. Lost 2-0 again. Anton Ferdinand (re-signed by the Hammers!) sent off. Then Smithy got sent off for us. Still at 0-0 & pushing hard I mis-timed a tackle. Straight fucking red! Not impressed.

well i am starting my 6th season now and i am at man united and loving it, i signed in january from chelsea where i didn't really enjoy playing on the wing. united use me as an SS which is great as i have freedom to roam! won the league and champions league and scored 19 in 24 games which i was over the moon with.

played for england in the world cup and although we ended up 3rd i was top scorer with 7 which was brilliant. i was tempted to replay my semi final but i thought, nah i'll try and win things properly!! we were knocked out by argentina who had messi and maradona up front!!

anyway, i have a question. in what has been my best season, i had an average of 7.4, in one game i scored 4 with one assist and another game i had 1 goal and 4 assists, yet my highest ever rating was an 8!! has anyone has more than an 8? what the hell do you have to do to get one? score 9 whilst saving a granny from a burning building?

just started my 4th season at the ripe old age of 20. Top Player as WF but now have CF and SMF in both positions ticked. Spent the last season and a half with the magpies, where we won the champions league and I bagged top goal scorer of the tournament with 12 goals despite some stiff competition from Drogba.
Very nearly stayed put for another season but was tempted away by tottenham who though hadn't qualified for the euro champs were in the masters cup (trophy hoarder) so made the transfer. Ended up straight on the bench without having to participate in training matches :w00t which was a first but had to sit through their first 3 games without a start!
Was beginning to seriously doubt my decision and of course there was no going back (a save game lesson if ever there was one) until I got brought on for the last 15mins in a league game against the gunners. Came on at 1-1 and managed to bag the winner, with a 7.5 rating and MOM for my first efforts with the team.
I have yet to break in to the starting line-up but so far have been brought on as left-wing, right-wing and CF. Not really happy about spending so much time on the bench as I was a regular starter with the magpies so may consider a move in the january transfer window but for now the cup campaign continues...

We (Bolton) finished 11th this season, an improvement on last seasons' 15th. I played 2,566 minutes from 40 matches, and totalled an av. rating of 6.35 this term. I received 9 man of the match awards and 1 most important player award. And I contributed 6 goals, as well as 4 assists. Our home form let us down as we only won 4 times at the Rebok all season, while winning 7 times on the road!

Memorable results were:

West Ham 0-1 Bolton (I scored the winner.)

Bolton 2-0 Arsenal (I got the first, and set-up the second.)
Man Utd 2-2 Bolton (I equalised to rescue a point.)

Arsenal 0-0 Bolton

Going into my 4th season I'm contemplating a move to White Hart Lane, on the table at 900 salary points. Spurs finished 5th, and are thus eligible for Europe, making it a very lucrative offer.

Bolton have strengthened, though, but we still lack a quality centre-back, and could do with a new striker, preferably a target man (as we play a 4-5-1). We really need another option up front, because when Elmander is out the ball doesn't stick when played up top. Davies can't cut it any longer, Riga is absolute crap, and Smolarek, although technically sound, lacks physical presence. In our favour we have options on the flanks, and a solid midfield, as well as a fantastic goal keeper in Coupet. And the defence have thus far managed to punch above their weight. I really can see Bolton push on once again, if Elmander remains fit and on form.

Spurs have a wicked side, although they did just lose Woodgate, Huddlestone, and Dos Santos. They have signed Silva, Rosicky, and Reina.

It's a difficult decision, because the grass may not be greener on the other side, as they say. I'm settled at Bolton and play a big part in the first team. And we may be able to go up another gear as a side.

Hello there everyone... First post here.

I'm currently enjoying BaL mode and I think it's a very addictive mode indeed! My player position is AMF/CMF and occasionally SS, and I think I've done a pretty good job for my teams. My first 4 seasons were at regular difficulty, 3 seasons at Wigan as AMF and I've helped them win 2 League Cups and 1 European Championship (UEFA Cup?). I always be the team's assist leader (15 assists average per season), also scored an average of 10+ goals per season.

In the second season I got called by the England national team, helped them win the World Cup and got the World Cup MVP Award even though I always came as a substitute!

In fourth season Arsenal offer me a job as a CMF and I took it. I played better than my first 3 seasons, scored 15 goals and 21 assists, currently topping the total assist ranking with 64 assists. We finished first in the league, won the League Cup, yet Arsenal refused to extend my contract!!! The message panel in the BaL menu says something like "Arsenal not to renew 3ad's (my player's name) contract". I was like what the hell!!! Oh well, it's okay though, since ManUtd were interested to hire me, so now I'm in ManUtd. But I failed to help England win the EURO, only runner up, beaten by France in the final match (damn Henry!).

So now I'm going to start my fifth season with Manchester United, and I'm thinking of trying the top player difficulty. Is it really hard? Will my teammates also play better in top player than in regular? I ask this because my teammates often play like **** at regular difficulty, especially the defenders...

Can you change BAL difficulty between seasons like you could in Master League? I'm playing on Pro now but I want to switch to top player.

My guy is still pretty much a noob at this point. He is an AMF. He is 193cm and 115kg, the closest I could get to my height and weight. Starting out, he had great stamina and speed, and dribbling speed. Dribbling accuracy and everything else related to the kicking strength were very poor, and everything else was average. I started at Genoa, made the starting squad as a CMF, and then transferred to to Reggina (because they have a two AMF formation) and went through my first season as a sub. Well I'm still a sub here at Reggina, but at least my guy is slowly improving.

Basically, he's best for making runs at through balls and making a strike. His through passing has nothing behind the ball... it's kind of pathetic. I think it's because my technique and s.pass speed are low. Right? Problem is, I keep making these killer runs but I don't get service all the time. Haha.

Does the AI really get much better at feeding you the ball between Pro and Top Player?

Yes you can change the difficulty level but only when you're at the transfer period at the end of any season, not sure if you can do it too during the mid-season/winter transfer period :unsure:. Just go to Options->General Settings from the BaL menu. You'll find the "Game Level" drop-down list not greyed-out as it usually is.

Does the AI really get much better at feeding you the ball between Pro and Top Player?

I was wondering about this too... I've tried jumping from regular to top player and I did notice that the team's AI is a liiitle bit smarter, but the opponent's AI seems to be improving A LOT. It's much harder obviously.

Wohoo!! Me + Ferynoord = 1st team place!!!

Im with Feyernoord and play a RMF role.

Ive become a first team player and i tend to try and take players on with my pace. In the UEFA Cup, i scored the winner which was really pleasing for me . Finished 5th in the league and at the end of the season, Feyernoord extended my contract to 5 years!

Forget the top teams, going to lower like teams is better because you are gaurenteed first team football

Damn, I just moved to Torino and we are ALL UP in that ass! These guys know how to pass, and my guy (who is now an AMF/CMF) fits really well with their formation. We are undefeated for 7 straight since I became a starter.

I did really well until the opponents started scoring headers from outside the box, ignore my feints and tricks and my 80ish shooting skills suddenly felt like i had 30 instead.

Didier Zokora started believing he had super psychic powers and started trying to stare down the opponent rather than pressing / tackling them.
My defenders cant string two passes together, my keeper blasts the ball out of the sideline and what not.. this must be a bug cuz the game can't be scripted this bad can it?

Season 3 now and i got 3 friendly matches for Argentina aswell
