If you're on ps3 you will need to overwrite a D2 or Pes League team with a, for example, new Barcalona and swap them with barca in bbva to have updated kits.

If you're on Xbox 360 you will need to extract your option file from your xbox on a pc and covert it to pc format.
You will need Wild@ editor then to unlink the kits for licensed teams and then covert the OF back to Xbox format and edit the kits in game.
I can give you a good guide on how to do everything if you PM me, if you want.

On PC it's even easier I think, but I've never played on PC, but it seems much easier and convenient.
