Hmm, IGN complaining about repetitive cases. Seems that they forgot that the game they've rated 10 out of 10 also had repetitive issues -- I'm talking about GTA IV.

Each case will have similarities, clues to find places to go. It's how they are told that makes the difference. Knowing Rockstar, it'll all be done with a certain panache.

8.5 is still a great score. I don't know why some people think that it's not. I had no idea whether the game was gonna be any good, most of the preview talk was on the interogations and the facial animations.

Most other review scores seem to be around the 9/10 mark, including Gamespot, and Gamesradar. The Guardian gave it 5/5. So it sounds like a great game. I'll be buying it.

Game are brilliant for pre-orders. I always get it the day before and I live in the middle of nowhere.

First time ordering off GAME. But, not long after my order I got an email saying it should be delivered by release day. If it doesn't come on Friday, I won't be too surprised though... just because...well.... Royal Mail.

I've had that worry before when ordering from Amazon but have always got what I pre-ordered either on or before the release date, despite the estimate saying it will arrive 1 to 2 days later than the release date.

They usually predict that your order will get there a day after release, probably to stop any moaners claiming they said it would be there on release date.

Also, I don't see why everyone complains about Amazon, I've never had a problem when ordering from them.

Don't think there would be any point in me ordering off of Amazon. There's no post delivered on Saturdays and Sundays here in Ireland. I might buy it Saturday on my break in work though. Looks very promising, and I don't really play any games anymore unless its Fifa when a couple of mates call over.

I've had a few things that haven't come on time, but I've had no real problems with Amazon. On a few occasions, I've actually gotten my games on the day before release.... Killzone 2 for example.

EDIT: My bad, it was actually bought Killzone 2 off Play :doh:
