As much as I'd love this to be possible, it is not.

The only way to get goal replays onto your computer from PS2 and Xbox is either by a television card in your computer.

I have transfered an option file to my memory card from my max drive, using the max drive disk. When i look at the data on my memory card using the max drive program it says the option file is there, however when i enter the ps2 browser, it says there is no data on my memory card, and we9 won't let me save my data saying there is an error, why is this?

I've had exactly the same problem as this. I got my Max Drive this morning and have now spent about 4 hours trying unsuccessfully to get an updated option file from PC to PS2. I've tried every suggestion on this thread and it still won't work. When the MD is in my PC, the program shows the option file I've downloaded, when the MD is in the PS2 with the MD software running (in my devices) it shows the option file yet when I go to the PS2 browser it says 'no data', and if i try to load PES4 it says 'option file not loaded'. IT'S ABSOLUTELY DOING MY HEAD IN. Can anybody help. PLEASE!!

Yes, definately.

Edit: And make sure you put the FILE on your max drive (.max) not the folder. ;)

Cheers mate. I read some comments from people that said formatting the memory card seemed to help so I bit the bullet and went for it. I've just tried downloading some option files and now it is working perfectly! How bizarre. Thanks for the help anyway.

Nice easy walk through to getting file on Max Drive
1. Click on the file you want to download.
2. After it has downloaded, right click on it and select 'Extract All'
3. This should bring up a wizard.
4. Follow the instructions in the wizard to extract(or 'unzip') the file.
5. Next, the file should be displayed in it's location.
6. Right click on the file, it should be called PESFAN_v3_max drive Option_File.max, and select copy.
7. Then, goto C:\Program Files\Datel\MaxDrive PS2\Saves and right click in there and select paste.
8. Start up the Max Drive program and click on the + sign next to Saves/(C: )
9. Select the option file and drag it onto the MAXDRIVE
10. The file should now be on the Max Drive.

You can find your Max Drive by clicking on My Computer. Copy and paste the file into the drive there. Make sure the file is of type .MAX or it will not transfer to the mem card. If it is .zip or .rar then you need to uncompress it first using winzip or winrar.

Try to quote people correctly as your post was not easy to read. Thanks.

Wow, you really do like to ask the same question a lot of times don't you? I've already answered it twice and I hope not to see it again in another thread.

No it isn't. Just use the maxdrive/x-port file convertor to change it to the type you want. This is posted in the Tools section of File Downloads.
