I couldn't find a thread on this game and I feel it deserves one. This game will be released in about 2 weeks time. I had heard of the game but never payed too much attention until I played the demo today on Xbox Live. The demo was a fantastic teaser to the game.

I was gunna make this topic when i played the demo earlier lol

theres too many good games coming out man!!

and mirrors edge is yet another one for me to think about buying...

demo was awesome man...although i think the fighting bit could be worked on a bit...people are a bit easy to fall down and be 'killed' or knocked out or whatever happens to them lol

but apart from that....looks sikk. graphics are awesome on my HD

I know too many good games are coming out i'm thinking how to make time to play these games.

I quite like the jumping, sliding underneath objects, disarming baddies, smashing nthrough doors, its epic. :D

Its out on the 14th, man after that week got Left 4 dead and TR Underworld.

Yeah I noticed that myself but the game is more focused on the whole rooftop antics and escaping the enemies as in the tips it tells you to avoid enemies unless you have to. I've played the demo another few times (This time through PlayStation Network) and I am absolutely addicted. I'm just about to head over to Shopto and pre-order this game now.

On the demo right, you know when you fall down the air vent thing and you see them four cops, or five i dno,

anyone tried to take them on straight away? lol dont. i wish there was more guns in the demo man lol

in the demo its extremely linear lol like if you dont go a certain way, the cops shoot you lol

i was pretty dissapointed to find out there werent more ways of getting around certain obstacles

Are the 'red' routes the only options then? With the current fixation for sandbox gaming, a linear title needs to be pretty special.

In the demo, the red routes are yeah.

Its pretty gay considering what it couldve been like and as its a game thats essentially about 'free' running


I hate when developers ruin an amazing concept


If its like that in the full game we'll have to wait and see, but the demo has actually put me off buying it straight away. I think i'm gunna have to wait and rent this one

I don't think they are the only option and remember, this is the demo. I turn the red guide off, it makes the game look better. :)

Aye, but when I get the full game I probably will turn it off. It probably would make it slightly harder but with the red guides on it seems too easy. Doors still remain red but I am alright with that. Wouldn't be good trying to make a quick escape and trying to bust through the wrong doors. :D
