New Idea- More Wall Control

I just thought of a new idea which can make you more involved in defending free kicks.

Instead of just adjusting the amount of players in the wall and deciding whether they jump, run or stand, I have a totally different system.

My idea is that when there is a free kick called against you, you will have half a minute or so to put up your wall.

You will start with no one and you will have to decide how many people you want to put, where to put them and what they will do.

You could also have the option to change angels, like from the keeper's eye, and to hold the post for a better angle like in real life, so you can move the wall to either side.

Also, when the time is up (there will be like a small countdown clock), the ref will blow the whistle and the opponent can decide to wait for or to kick the ball when you're not ready (like Messi did a year ago).

This should be an option that you can decide to turn on and off.

I think this will be so cool against your friends, and just to have so much control will be great.

i agree 100% and we could have the option to choose witch side of the boot will touch the ball and how much hight will give to ball.. i mean one extra bar, not only the power bar..

Also if youre attacking to put team mates in wall, you can duck and block keepers view

Very good idea. I like the fact that it would be an option that you could turn on and off, as I doubt many of the softcore players would want to piss around with it.

But I like it, and would gladly welcome this into PES 2010!

Couldn't you move your wall in the old ISS games? I'm sure you could, or at least I remember doing it in one old game.

It's a good idea. I'd like to see attacking players trying to nudge players in the wall out of the way for the free kick, crouching, turning their backs etc.

I'm in favor for this idea. I'm pretty sure that there will be players who'll consider this a waste of time, but I'm the kind of player that likes to take into account the full experience of a futbol game. In other words, I watch every cut scene/half-time highlights. I never skip. Consequently, this idea just makes the game i love even more enjoyable.

I really like the idea, but I also think that a lot players will feel that it slows down the game! But I'd gladly enjoy it! Good idea hesse!
