OMG the AI in this game..... OMG!!

EVERY free-kick is a goal for the computer on top player.... but I like a challenge. Just fix the micropausing and Goalkeepers and I'll be fine.

Really enjoying pes this year even tho its just the demo.. The Ai is fantastic on top player.... i was one on one v robben and he was doing loads of step overs.. i was jockeying him and then slid in after about 6 or 7 step overs.. he nipped past me and wacked it in off the post.

I remember the classic PES games taking me about a month to be good enough to play on Top Player, but the last two or three were pretty easy from the start. I'm glad that it's tough again, but I just hope we don't discover this to be some sort of script or bug.

I hope your right but I cant see anything changing, this game is released in less than 2 weeks (outside Europe) so is their really a chance this is not the final code....I think we are kidding ourselves.

is there a 2nd Winning Eleven Demo in the Japanese store??? The 1st Japanese demo was better than the PES demo, including the goalies.... This is why Im asking, I looked but couldn't find one and since i don't read Japanese its not very easy....

I haven't a clue dude. I would have thought the demos would be the same no? I didn't know there was a different japenese version of pes. Why would the game be different over there?. I'm just really praying the keepers are better in the final game. The way they are now, you might as well not have anyone in goal. Last night i took a shot with Robben and scored....the keeper didn't move at all!....i turned it off in disgust

You're probably right. Why bother buying the game then? Another year of pes 2011 i guess....thanxs konami!

I've heard from a friend that if you press R2 and R1 together when you have the ball near an opponent you get a sprint start to get away from the opposition. If thats true it'll bloody help on top player AI. Why are so many of the controls not fully explained on the demo? Why does the demo not include dribbling training? Meh

If you do that you will burst a bit , which will give you some space. Sadly its limited because you can't choose the direction of it..

I am enjoying the 2nd demo but I enjoyed pes 11 demo?
I think that the main things that people wanted have been addressed this year.
I think the keepers look ok in demo,but if they are not so good in the final game atleast they can be edited aswell as players free kick ability.
I would like the game to be able to copy Option Files in 1 file,which I heard might happen which would be good.

no way!!! The 2nd demo is way better than PES2011.... When you play it enough, 2011 becomes unplayable. The only thing 2011 has over this demo is the passing, nothing else!

It's true. If you're dribbling with R2, press R1 as well when near the defender and you'll do a speed burst and go past him (if it goes right of course)...very good with people like Bale or Lennon on the wings.

They could of maybe had a bit in the training center (they only have the new off the ball control training and the new defensive training, not sure if you've tried mate, worth checking out if not). Though of course if you pause the game you can go to the button list and scroll along to the 'new controls' section and it'll explain anything that is new to the game (which you probably knew already anyway).

Haha. No unfortunately we don't have the opportunity to try some dribbling training on this demo. - I think you should give it a chance guys. Go straight to top player and start practicing. Once you beat Inter with Rangers in the demo on top player you will feel great!

Nah its not that, its the lack of training options on the demo. You really need dribbling training to take on the computer at Top Player as its unbelievably challenging.

I'm waiting for the game, going straight to training and working on my weaknesses on PES2012 ... which is pretty much everything bar passing :lol:
