Over at FiatForum.com they have a little bar on the top of the page with a drop down section, it has links to "Threads you've posted to" and Threads you've started"
I think this could be a great addition to the site, as sometimes I'll reply to a post and then lose it. Let's face it the forum is quite big now and remembering every post I've replied to is impossible for me....

What would really enhance this site is those of us constantly posting in the Chatbox but not making a single post in the forum changing that behaviour. But that's never going to happen so I'm back off to the Chatbox.

What really is needed is a function that detects when Matts been consuming alcohol, so he can't post in the chatbox.

My personal feeling is the Chatbox gets shut during quiet periods of activity on the main forums to make the place look like it's still used. Not the first time I've suggested it.

Elites deserve two special places :folarm:

Lets be honest, the Chatbox kills the forum but the convenience means that some users (I believe Jonno has said this before) have said that if the Chatbox didn't exist anymore, they still wouldn't bother posting on the forums.

I feel the same too. I want to have access to this debauchery section or whatever.

On a more realistic note, I want the ability to change your username because its unfair for me as a young teenager to pay money just because I hate the username

When I said veteran members I was thinking more in the lines of me, Cannon Ball and Nikos, people who have been registered for a long time and contribute to the forum. Not idiots with a Heskey fetish. No offense Abu.

How is it unfair when you willingly accepted the forum T&C's? It was your choice to pick the name you did.

While the potential amusement factor is high, so would be the risk of a complete meltdown.
