Hey Sammy you forgot to add Lee Martin as an upcoming youngster. He's doing well also in the manchester United reserves and also got some good stats from the PES database. Even though he can't be in the squad, you can still make him available as a free agent please. Thanks.

Hey Sammy you forgot to update the Manchester United squad. Sam Hewson is no longer in the team (loan) and you can replace him with Lee Martin who is at the current team. You can get his stats from the PES stats database. Thanks. Still leaving them as a free agent for master league also.

I didn't forget to add Lee Martin, I just didn't do it. I might create him at some point, but I am in no rush to create a player that hasn't had a single senior appearance for Man Utd despite being 22 years old. If he plays at some point this season, I'll probably add him. As for Sam Hewson, as far as I knew he went on a 3 month loan in January to Hereford, so he should have returned now. He takes priority, as he has at least had 5 England U-19 appearances

Is the update you have made only can be used for the patch 1.4 or can also be used for 1.2?

Mine is 1.2 and I don't really think that I could update the patch to 1.4 as it will take a damn long time to update with the in-game download.

If you click the 'download' link in the first post and go to my webpage, you will see that you can download a previous version of my option file compatible with 1.2

My 1.2 version has all the correct kits, emblems, transfers, line-ups, etc, as well as all of the Champions League teams. It doesn't have Wolves, Birmingham, Hamburger SV, or Wolfsburg though. In my opinion, it is still a very good option file

Nice job for you effort to keep this option file as the game should be. But if you want to take up priorities, don't you think that other good german teams like Stuttgart, Schalke, Borussia Dortmund and Herta Berlin should have more priorities than Birmingham and Wolves because they participated in the UEFA Cup from the first round and up to the round of 32.

Secondly, is it possible to swap some teams in the Other Teams A section with you newly added teams in the Other Teams B section so as to enable them to participate in the master league?

first of all, thanks for the great OF... appreciate it... but in ver1.4, what happen to west ham united away kit...?? crest at the jersey not a west ham crest, and the sponsor is not SBOBET...

I don't get paid to create this file, and even though I added a donate button, with nearly 10,000 downloads not a single person has donated. This file was created because I wanted a decent file to play with. I put it on here, as I thought other people would appreciate it and spot ways of making it even better. I didn't put it on here to be told what to do, but so far I have listened to all polite requests. That is what they should be though, requests

I have tried to swap teams between Teams A and B, but it appears as if all of the teams in A are licensed (except Bayern and Werder). That means, that if I swap them, only the players will swap, but not the kits or emblems. I may try swapping Hamburger SV with Werder Bremen though

You're welcome... let's put that down to me being an idiot. I accidentally replaced the wrong kit sponsor when creating the Wolfsburg kits. I've now fixed this and updated the file

I've updated the file, as I accidentally overwrote the West Ham away kit sponsor when creating Wolfsburg. This has now been fixed and the file updated (see first post to download).

The only files within this that have changed since the last update (13/04/09) are:

Well no doubt that you have not been treated so well by us about your option file and even though you requested for a donation, we all here using the same option file should also understand that you even deserve more than your request. Not only just a thousand words of thanks though but a view of your efforts been paid for. If i were you, i will also do the same thing to my option file to suit me, but still you try to know our views about what you are doing here in the option file and i think that is more of a gentleman act in your side. So it's left for us to act as that same gentleman like you so as to make this option be equal for everyone. Action should speak louder than our "thank you"s!

Please do not swap Bremen with Hamburg. Thanks once more for being here for us all. I object to everyone and begin an action-speaking motive to this option file if we really want this to continue as we have been used to loving it. Then your requests will not be like a command on someone, else you can start yours. Thanks for your understanding and please kindly acknowledge this.

For some reason the patches hang on my computer and take forever to update and then when it says finished they don't seem to have updated it, every time I download a patch for a newer version I get that lame load version error message

I'm afraid not. Kowalski did a brilliant option file for 1.0 (The base option file for this one). However, the 1.2 patch came out before the January transfer window, so I doubt you'll find an option file for the 1.0 file that includes all of the transfers. Have you tried updating by just downloading the patch from Konami, rather than in the game itself?

Is it just the two extra teams?? You helped me out a while ago by pointing out that Atletico and Valladolid were now licensed and therefore didn't need created emblems, so now I get to repay the favour. You might be very interested to know that Racing Santana and Sevilla are also both licensed now!!

The 1.4 update is only done in-game. You just go to your options menu on the main screen and then to download. As simple as that (at least that was the only thing I did)... :happy:

Are you aware of the new things that come with that update, especially England's new national kit?? :unsure:

I would love it (as I'm a bit short of cash - you don't get paid while you're training to be a teacher!), if other people followed suit. If you're enjoying this option file as much as I hope you are, the donate button is set for £2, so just think whether you're enjoyment and all my hours of work are worth just £2.
