Pepe Reina underrated?

:erm: hi everyone dont you think that Liverpool's goalkeeper Pepe Reina is quiet underrated on PES? I reckon he is one of the best GKs in the world and his stats on GK skills are somewhere between 75-79. I reckon his stats on GK skills should be on at least 85. What do you think?

I definitely think so, he cant catch anything in the game, and lets some soft goals in, but when you play against cech he is virtually unbeatable, over the past couple of years reina in my opinion has been far more secure than cech.

reina still cant reach cech's level in terms of saves but i agree with you as reina has been very reliable constantly and has a safe hands. i hope in pes2010 he will have them GK skills at 85 or higher

yeh i always edit the stats that i think are unfair like when i put berbatov with manutd to be honest he sucked but i improved him alot plus im not sure weather it matters for keepers as they all make the same mistakes but maybe some do it more than others

Horrible underrated! Some of the saves he makes are incredible, as in fingertip stops, he makes a fair few when he has to. I also hate having to change his drop-kick style every time haha. Just a slight annoyance, always modify it to Low trajectory

GK skills on account for catching and thats it.Reina does not deserve over 80 as his handling is average, however most of his saves are due to decent positioning and good reflex saves.Which is why he should have decent Def and highish response(not sure what they are in game).

Well surely the golden glove holder for the past 2 seasons should have a higher Goalkeeper Skills than 75 or whatever it was. He's one of the best in the world. He should at least have skills comparable to Casillas, but a bit less.

Pepe is fine if you want to talk about underrated keepers Mandanda needs some fixing his better than what PES suggests

He is good in reality, but not with the best.
But he should have been 84 at least in GK skills.

^Not at all.
He's truly the best goalkeeper and he is that hard to beat (well, if only Juve's defence was better, they would have been the hardest team to score against in serie A).
I think a GKL skill of 98 is fine for Buffon. I think that Pes when in gameplay cheats alot. So maybe that's why he's so hard to beat.
