Just on a sidenote, been meaning to mention this: has anyone else noticed a very slight split second lag when scoring a goal? It doesn't always happen, but more often than not the ball just seems to stutter a little after crossing the goal line but before hitting the back of the net.

Personally; I can't really see that much difference from 2012.

Well there ever be another football game which has the "WOW" factor? I don't think so.

If this is the best they can serve after over a year in production, heaven forbid...

Not much difference from 2012? wow i think if they ship it right now we have the best pes this gen compaired to the most annoying pes 2012.
This demo is a big improvement. And its sill a early code so alot can be done. If konami sticks with there plan we gonne have a really good pes
And a gameplay they can build on and next year implant the fox engine. The future looks bright for pes again

Since the demo is 60 to 70 percent complete, the other 30 percent will go on OUR feedback and things other than gameplay. That is a big 30 as they could balls it up like 2012 so if depending on the community, we could have a really good game come October

i noticed that the goal keepers glovers gloves are now white instead of black... does this mean we are gonna be able to customize em??

I hope konami wont listen to much to feedback and just follow there own vision and take some feedback in acount. Its to late for feedback now. Maybe little things. Changing a big thing now will mess up another thing. Think konami is tweeking the game now and working on game modes and stuff. Im glad they focust on gameplay mostley this year

Really? For me the AI is one of the best things about the demo. Multiple players off the ball are constantly making runs and switching position to provide solid options.

I just wish the button to make a player go on a run wasn't the impossible-to-click-quickly R3 button...

Yes, really. I am playing the PC version too, haven't tried console versions yet.

They just don't seem to run unless I attempt a one to pass or use the pass and move feature but even then they don't really bust a gut to get in space or penetrate the back line.

Very annoying.

YES, it is brilliant. I didnt even know about it at first, but I was looking on the command list at "new additions" and it had dynamic-one-two's and thought konami were taking the piss because at first i didnt read the involvement of the right analogue stick. But it works well

The first thing I will do when I get my hands on the demo,

(1st) pass the ball to Andrea Pirlo,

(2nd) pass the ball to a defender, and using the dynamic one-two so that the player who passed the ball (Andrea Pirlo) moves backwards into his own half of the pitch, towards the space that the defender whom is holding the ball is currently occupying,

(3rd) pass the ball to Andrea Pirlo once again, and then try to send a manual long ball to the striker.

It's something that I've been asking for quite some time now, and apparently PES13 will offer at least a small level of freedom in that respect, which to me could be the beginning of an essential feature.

Is it as overly-complicated as the R3 off the ball runs?

The best PES this gen? That is'nt really saying a great deal considering they've been dire on the next gen consoles....

I'm just happy that I should finally be able to enjoy the awesomeness that is Master League once again.

CM in Fifa is good but ML of PES just has something about it.

Yeah, I've noticed this too, from just a handful of matches.

This used to be quite an issue with a FIFA game I played a few years back, in which it'd freeze before crossing the line in order to load the upcoming goal celebration - or at least that's what the general consensus was.

Let's just hope that it's fixed for the final release.

A bit more control over your players than in pes 2012 - thank god.

L1 + triangle is absolutely amazing!

Shooting is awesome so far.

Cpu still seem to score from every free kick :(

Cpu gets invincible when i'm in front and we reach 80 min :(

Cpu seem to score every time they get a chance - if they get one shot on goal during a match they score one goal. 2 shots = 2 goals etc.. :(

Other wise it looks quite good from what i've experienced till now..

KONAMI has really no clue about stats.

cover star or not Ronaldo shouldn't have a better stats than Messi lolol.
Ivanovic has horrible stats, David Luiz for example is much better than him, so stupid.
Germany overall is ridicilous compared to some other national teams.
Xavi and Iniesta way overrated lol, they are good but not almost as good as Messi.
Dani Alves 95? lol.
Also Puyol is way overrated, 93 lol.

etc..

Also when you go to individual player stats you see how stupid they are.

For example Messi has same passing stats as alexis sanchez, ridicilous.
Then on another note Messi also has 99 shooting accuracy? wtf?

When u look at Ronaldo he has only 87 top speed, wtf again?

most of the stats make no sense its like KONAMI has no clue about players.

Meh..:erm: konami can never get any stats right... and witch means that barca will also be overpowered in pes 2013...

I find it ridiculous for a player who grabbed goals in double figures in the league and Champions League has lower stats than most of his teammates. Mario Gomez, only 77. So f'in stupid that Klose is higher than him and some other players. Also if Ronaldo is 99, I better see Messi atleast a 100. No way can KONAMI rate him higher than Messi

Well Ronaldo would be rated better than messi since he is the cover star. It doesn't matter that Messi is better, Ronaldo is the cover star and in Konamis eyes is therefore better. Lame I know, but thats what happens when you start using a star to promote your product.

As for the overall stats I like it but I don't at the same time lol I mean they are never going to please us all with how they rate players but what I seen from the demo, playing with the national teams they were way of the mark with how they rated some players. That is the bad side of having an overall rating, it means there will always be debate about how players are rated. The good side of it is you find out were players best positions are. To be honest ever since it was introduced I have never been a fan of the overall rating system. It has been there for a number of years now and I guess it is there to stay.
