That's a huge difference... although he did flourish so 4 points in that OVR are due to that. I did change his hairstyle, but the face is default.

Jesé is Quaresma's spanish counterpart. What a player. I need a big CF so he won't play there, but for sure he will be one of my biggest attacking weapons.

Ruben Neves was a lucky one. He was released by Porto, appeared in my scout as a Porto player ending his contract, and I couldn't let him go. This was in my Pescara ML, in the RM one I had some troubles but Neves wasn't the case.

Normally, if you are in a small team (read "low ranked team"), you'll have an hard time convincing teams to let go their star youngsters. Maybe 10 tries or even more. Sometimes it won't take these much attempts, but count on some 2 or 3 offers for each player.

Scout listed players are easier to sign, so use it in your favour. I find the scout a lot better than in PES2015, now you at least can choose the position on want, what kind of player, etc.

Edit: About the extortionate price. When I tried to sign Odegaard in my Pescara ML they asked me for €25m. He had a market value of €8m or so.

You're taking him to a hotel room and utilising the "tapping up" and "bung" options right? :ninja:

I occasionally have problems (eg with Kane), but if you just keep spamming requests at them, they eventually join. Though I do expect to pay a little over the market rate when they are happily contracted to another club.

Embolo has just got the red flourish arrow and developed from 83OR to 88OR! Still only 22yrs old, I fully expect him to reach the mid 90s.

Everything is just ‘clicking’ at the moment, goals are flowing and players are flourishing…as you can see by the team of the month just passed at the beginning of my 5th season.

Lucas Moura became a Lv.3 Superstar last night (£££) Next stop, Grand Master hopefully..!?

Has anyone made a player into a ‘Bandiera’? I assume you would have to play at least 6 or 7 seasons to achieve this - with that player consistently performing at a high level?

Define the term, “Legend”!?

I found something very strange this weekend. In a random search for player roles I noticed that there were 3 Legends now operating in my game, who was this other guy that could stand on a podium with Ronaldo & Messi..!? None other than some random CB with a less than poor 64OR..WTF!
Konami are really taking the piss with this one! Needless to say I put in a cheeky offer for him

Any decent young left backs that are easy to sign? Real ones I mean, not regens/fakes. I made an offer to sign one from (I think) Colo Colo. He was low-70s OVR, and they wanted £12m for him. Fuck right off!

You should really just keep trying, it might take 10+ goes but eventually they should accept your bid. He's my main CF now - 89 OR and still developing (only 23yrs old I think) :shocking:

I can recommend J.L.Gayá. You may have to pay a decent sum for him but he's well worth it. I got him a few seasons ago and he's 88 OR and still developing! He can play LM and LWF as well, also has a great cross. He takes all my left sided corners.

Yeah, I tried Gaya, but they wanted more than I could afford. I had Willems in PES 2015, don't want to sign him again, even though he's excellent.

Hi Guys,

My first post for ages, been busy, but not to busy for a quick ML update!
Started a new one with RCD Mallorca in Spanish Devision 2. Got promoted 1st season thanks mainly to Coman developing early and the in form Danny Ings on loan from Liverpool. Sadly I didn’t win the Copa Del Ray so no European Football for me in my 2nd season but facing the Spanish big boys is enough of a challenge!

Over half way into my debut season in La Liga and top of the league by 5 points, Barca (2nd) & Real (3rd) close behind. I had an epic match with Real who were winning 3-0 and I came back to draw 4-4! Made some quality signings in the summer & January windows like Morata, Iturbe, Fabregas and Rugani to get ready for the inevitable Champions League next season.
Fabregas and Van der Vaart are grand masters and I have learnt from my previous 7 season campaign with Swansea that you need to bring in these experienced types of players to get the most out of your young stars and provide them with as much of a training boost as possible! Ziyech for example is on a 33% training boost from Fab & VdV.

I find that keepers don't get injured and that playing one in every game speeds up their development (if still developing)

Update on my ML with RCD Mallorca

Below is my full squad to date. I have made a big effort to sign Grand Masters when ever I can to boost my younger players as much as possible. I’ve got 8 GMs in total, some playing regularly (Boateng & Fabregas) and the rest just sit on the bench and pass on their wisdom.

…Ziyech is receiving a 51% training boost.!! Coman is on a 43% boost.

Some other notable player development…

Alvaro Morata-tata-ta!! The man, The legend - towers over defenders in the box and leaps like a majestic salmon to power headers home.

Coman - The Wonderkid! Already so good, but i’m fully expecting him to reach 90+ OR before he’s 25yrs old. I spend the best part of 30mill to sign Glitan just to boost Coman’s training. They do everything together, live next door to each other, hang out after training etc - the language barrier isn’t a problem i’m hoping…

and finally my find of the season (possibly) …
A keeper by the name of Garel. I didn’t have the funds for Perin or Oblak in my first season so I signed this young french kid and told him - “Listen lad, we’ll score shit loads of goals Ok, so just try not to let in to many”
Needless to say he had the last laugh, still only 23 and developing like a boss! He plays every game of every season regardless of form or fatigue - fast track GK development at its finest!

Yes he is, at peak level but with the likes of Callejon, Mandzukic and Pellissier boosting his training his OR keeps increasing bit by bit.!!

Your Coman is miles ahead mine in Pescara, not even similar. The difference is probably around 7/10 points in each stat. And Morata... I thought my Coutinho was good (reminder below)

but that 99 Heading makes me a tad jealous. I guess I need to start buying GMs as well?
