I have a headset. I got the EX-01 Bluetooth Headset which isn't bad, but the Official Sony Headset has better build quality, and audio quality. *sigh* I knew I should've waited. Damn it all!

I haven't actually used the headset on Home, yet. Why? Because I'd dare say no one would be able to make out a word of my Northern Irish accent!

Late last night at about 10:30, it let me in FINALLY. Made my avatar, downloaded Home Square, and then turned off. I would've stayed on but couldn't. Where do all you guys hang round?

I'm very much a newbie to this, any chance we could meet up sometime and you showing me round the area so I get familiar with the places?

We were doing the rave train in Home Square until around 11:30 and spent at least the next half hour chasing a floating head around the area.

Same here. Mine keeps trying to connect to my mobile rather than the PS3. I wish I knew why... Have only used a keyboard so far.

Didn't get on last night. Finished work at lunch and went christmas shopping in Manchester for the last few bits, then out for a chinese. Was fecked when I got in so ended up going to bed...

Should be in tonight though...

Hey what's wrong with my face!!? I've made myself very accurately!

Chasing the floating head for half an hour last night was a new high point. The best part was when his body came back and me and phats were like "you're no fun anymore," and walked away using all the dissappointment animations. He then tried to win us back by trying to lose his body again, but no.

Some good news on Home...

"Many of you have probably noticed that getting into Home since the open beta launch is something of a lottery. Chances are you'll be trying a fair number of times before you manage to sneak in. Thankfully, a patch is coming this Thursday which should fix that issue. So says SCEE community manager TedTheDog.

Hopefully this patch will be shortly followed by the release of some new content, which was announced last week. Namely, the Diesel and Ligne Roset shops, the Red Bull Air Race space, the Media and Events space and (for Europe) the Far Cry 2 and Uncharted game spaces. We're trying our best to find out what Sony's plan is for future content releases but, until we get an answer, it looks like we'll have to remain patient a little while longer.

[UPDATE] This patch marks the "first step" towards the solution to the server issues, so don't expect things to be magically fixed on Thursday."

You have to have your account (debit card) set up already on your PSN account I believe. Prices come up for me and I get all the buying options.

The Bowling Alley....turn right when you enter Home Square from your apartment, walk straight to the end so there's a video screen and some grass to your right and turn left. Walk a tiny bit and the entrance will be directly to your right.
