It is Sammy's OF, but converted to work with Konami 1.03 patch
There isn't enough space to all the emblems, the only solution was to use the same emblem for all those clubs..
Still Sammy doesn't like it when someone uploads a tweaked version of his. You can change to whatever you want it to be but you must not share it publicly anywhere. So it's still advisable for you to remove such share.......

Sammy should be happy someone actually saved him the work of converting the OF. Honestly speaking, the 1.03 version of the game is so much better than the 1.02 and earlier that ANY Option File that doesen't make the jump to the new patch is obsolete and unusable.
I understand some americans are really edgy around business around here, and living in fear of being served for just about anything they do or say, but europeans still have a healthy view on common sense.
If Sammy wants him to remove it, he can say so himself, even if he will look like a dumbass in my eyes if he chooses to do so.

Yes I am not speaking for Sammy but I know he had said so earlier and if you doubt it, please go ahead and ask Sammy......
Yes he had said so earlier on, if you guys had been a follow of his OF since 2008 then you would have realized that.
For him being a dumbass is not fair from you and that is you being harsh! Just see it from this perspective: This OF is an intellectual item of Sammy, so he should claim all copyrights to it, and if I or anyone else would like to make a change of his work, a permission should be granted on it. So simple dudes!
No one should sleep on another man's sweat. Sammy need these supports from us but some are here to take it away from him. If he needs such help from anyone, I think you guys should wait for him to ask just as you have told me to let Sammy speak for himself. Don't throw stones if you stay in a glass house dudes!

I can't really understand why they were on me but all I can say is that I am still on Sammy's back in this thread. I have been answering some questions directed to Sammy on this thread, even to both of them; but on this I felt bad from what they said. That will not make me to stop. Moreover I am not doing this to get any credit from Sammy or anyone else.......

although I agree he made a mistake not taking Sammy's permission , he wasn't going to remove it even if you or me or anyone but Sammy told him to do so a dozen times , so it seemed that your were picking on him , you could have quoted Sammy's earlier post in your first reply to him to end it once and for all ..

Yes, I am being harsh and I always speak my mind. Stupidity and pride is the main reason there is war in the world and it also halters the progression in many aspects of the society.
If Sammy wants to do everything himself, by all means be my guest. But if nothing else but the conversion to 1.03 is changed in the file uploaded by another user then he should be thankfull for not having to do the work himself and use the updated file for his continued work.
It's a no brainer, really, if he chooses to be mad about it then it's a good combination of stupidity and pride wich halters his own progression.
I bet that Sammy is a sensible guy, I don't really know him, but I really hate everyone of you "doo gooders" that speak on behalf of Sammy based on his previous statements. I have said plenty in the past that I do not agree with anymore, people evolve, change views and grow to become more sensible than last year etc.
Nothing of what I have said in this post, or previous ones are intended as any attack of Sammy, it's just my opinion of what I believe is the right thing to do. The file was uploaded with the best of intentions, but agruably not the right order of appearance, that doesent mean it should be thrown in the bin.
I understand that you, liliyke, try to cover Sammy's back on this one, and you aren't entirely wrong (obviously I don't think you are entirely right either). But when you do that you should also understand that I only wanted to let LiberiFatali know that I support him, as he clearly did not try to steal any of Sammy's thunder by doing what he did. I felt like some of you guys jumped on him like a pack of wolves without thinking.

That doesent seem like someone with bad intentions to me...
PS. as for the copyright, I believe KONAMI owns the copyright even to an edited Option File and not the actual editor of the file. Game editing is fruitless except for community props.

I just converted original OF file to 1.03 version, nothing else changed. It's not like I tried to steal his work or make it bad, just a little help for others who need it. I don't see any harm in that. I also don't get the fuss that someone made it up, it's really nothing to argue about.

I downloaded the new DLC before installing konami patch 1.03 and it was working fine ..

LiberiFatali, I completely understand why you did this, but please read my comment below when I explain why I prefer people to not upload versions of my file. I appreciate you trying to help everyone keep enjoying this file, as I was a bit late in updating to the latest version, as I was busy with family over Christmas

I completely understand and I don't believe in any way you were trying to steal my work. The only reason I object to other people uploading versions of my file, is there is no way for me to know whether they have made any other changes (like adding themselves into the game, or something like that), so I cannot vouch for its quality. I hope you understand

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone. I have been busy with family over Christmas, so hadn't had time to do anything about Konami's latest update. I have now taken a moment to do the best I can in keeping this file up to date.
The latest version is now compatible with the new 1.3 version of the game. It also includes...
+ First attempt at Mexico kits
+ Slightly improved Cameroon kits
+ Dean Ashton has been removed from West Ham
