I for one am not going to buy it.

I'm far too sick of pes2009 that it's so obvious from the last couple of years nothing is going to change.

Even if the impossible happens and they do change something it will come at a price with something being taken out of the previous games. They do it constantly. Wtf was the lack of editing in pes2007? We are all just going to be let down and I can't even be arsed with pretending to myself that it will be good.

There are so many problems that Im not even going to list whats wrong but my personal main problem is online fags. People who just constantly go Barcelona. I don't care if they play amazing with 100 passes before a goal, they are still the most overrated team in pes history. They are incapable of manning up and having the balls to go a different team. It's just so pathetic.

There is nothing worse than hanging on at 1-1 until the 90th min when messi rises above every1 and heads home the winner. Even when u tackle messi or eto'o, they still come away with the ball because your guy is still on the grass picking his arse.

I dont enjoy single player or become a legend so at the end of the day what is the point in playing when your constantly up against these faggots? My verdict is there isn't a decent football game out there and I don't think there ever will be one.

I have preordered every pro the day it's been available since I bought my ps2 and even tricked places into giving me copies a couple of days before release.

Two years ago I told my local inshops video game shop a week before release date that the local Gamestation had released it and got my friend 2 pretend on the phone to be the manager from Gamestation when I phoned for proof. I can safely say my dedication to getting this game first and the excitement surrounding the release date won't be matched this year by a long way.

So tbh I don't see it happening unless I get solid proof that Pro has improved.

Is that the best you can come up with? My views from my first post haven't changed in the slightest. Fair enough if I had said I was now going to pre-order it as soon as it becomes available but I didn't.

And no doubt you're one of these gimps that leaves comments like that but never return to back up your view.

To sum up and make things clear, I don't see me buying the game. I have no hope of it being an improvement and my opinion is that it's just going to be another epic disappointment. It's been going downhill for the past 2 seasons and I can't see it changing.

At the end of the day if PES 2010 does prove me completely wrong and gets rave reviews and a lot of improvements have been taken care of then I will man-up, admit I was wrong and give it the credit it deserves. Until then, like everyone else going on about how good it's going to be, I am entitled to my opinion.

But then you say you can't see yourself pre ordering the game unless you get proof that the game has improved. So, in fact, you WILL give the game a chance if the reviews are good.

I have no doubt that you, like the vast majority of people on this forum, will purchase PES2010.

And yes, I live in Northern Ireland, and support Celtic. I can't see the problem with that.

Na I knew about Arshavin before he shot to fame in Euro 2008. I seen him play V Everton at Goodison on December 5th, 2007. I was over visiting a few mates at Uni in Liverpool. He played well so I looked him up and saw a few videos of him scoring some amazing goals etc. And he was amazing during Zenit's run to Uefa Cup glory in '08(not so sure who they beat in the final,*cough*shame of Scotland*cough*). I've idolised him long before most people knew about him, so ther ya go:jack:

personally i buy the series to see it evolve because i know it too be better than fifa ,altho fifa has caught up while pes hasnt evolved as quickly as we all hoped ,the last two versions have been false dawns but i genuinely have high hopes that this version will set a new unpresented era in sports simulation my only worry at this point is will it be released on time or will they send out a rushed version then hoping to fix it with updates

I signed up to the forum at the end of last year. If I had have signed up at the beginning of last year, I would have used Arshavin as my user name as he was my favourite player then aswell.

Yes I know fine well about Celtic's illustrious honourable history, most notably, becoming European Champions in 1967.

And yes, we both lost in the Uefa Cup final. But Celtic fans enjoyed and behaved themselves, doing the club proud, whereas Rangers fans made cunts of themselves, making their club the laughing stock of Europe.

I sold my PS3 along with PES09. It was the only game I got and I actually bought the PS3 because of the game!

I do understand Cg1206's frustration. PES09 is horrible, it is not even playable. I also won't be getting PES2010 straight away..since I don't have a PS3

But if I see Konami incorporating elements of the old solid gameplay, I might consider it within a year or so. But no more pre-order, no more crazy purchases (like actually buying a new PS3 just for PES).

It seems that only people who say positive things about the game are 'good members'. Also why would I expect a medal and gratitude? Plenty of people have complained about the past two pieces of shit so I was simply wondering who isn't going to bother with this installment. Loads have converted to FIFA (not including myself at all) so it's obvious that with people doing that, they have been put off by PES 2009, so some people won't bother with PES 2010 and instead focus on FIFA 2010.

Christ why is it so hard to say something negative about the game? You fanboys take it way too far. It's not as if Konami are listening in and are going to reward anyone with free stuff. I'm defiantly a PES fan but I'm not confident with Konami at all anymore.
