Sorry, I misread it. The 360 movement is on the Xbox 360 and PC too, but only available with the analog sticks, while I think the PS3 allows it to be available using their d-pad too.

Thank god for that. I only use the analog stick anyway so I'm relieved massively, I just stupidly misread it.

Sounds like the goalkeepers have had a major updoing with the gloves and as you say manual keeper, throw faster and better, all we need now is for them not to drop the ball for easy shots right at our strikers foot.

it doesnt suprise that 360 movement is viable via the d-pad on the ps3 as you could use the d-pad for 360 movement in ISS on the n64,its not as accurate but it is possible.

Great news for all console owners though..............
