how do you add these pngs?

Create a new folder on your PC. Click on the bar just above each PNG to make them full size and right click on each one and save them one at a time to the new folder. Transfer that folder to a USB stick or something of that nature. Stick the USB stick into your PS3 while on the start up menu area. Go to the USB stick under photos and select 'display all' and find the folder with the images. Go to 'copy multiple' and select all the images you wanna use and then copy them over. You should now have a folder on your PS3 with those images inside. Fire up PES2009 and go to edit mode. Go to edit team, then to kits, then kit markings. Select 'custom', then 'create from scratch', then 'import photo' and find the folder with the images and select the relevant one. It will then appear on the kit and you will then have to manually stretch it a bit and then position it with the pad. Once happy with the set up of a PNG save it and come outta edit mode. That kit will then show up with that PNG on it in all of your exhibition matches, pre-saved Master League's, cups and leagues. In fact, the only time it wont show up is when you play online. Hey Rainey. Yeah, they look good. My problem is im getting no motivation from this thread anymore. I dont think people are getting what im doing with the sizes..they just think im doing the same thing as everyone else, hence why this thread is dying. Jack's thread has alot more stuff there so people naturally favour his stuff i think. Thats totally fine as im not a competative person, and kudos to him for doing all the decent PNG's he's done. My person problem is i now find myself flagging a bit and losing the will to make them up and post them here as the motivation has pretty much disappeared altogether. Hell, most people probably dont even read the explanation at the start of the first post and people do love to hit and run LOL

Hey man I've been following your work but please keep it up! I'll be making a North American OF like I did with last years game and HQ PNGs is what I want! These look great and will undoubtedly look beautiful in the upcoming game. You definitely have my support.

Suv, I would keep making them. Apparantly edited kits can look as good as the real thing in the new PES. This will mean the other, smaller kits that everyone are using will not look as HQ as yours.

Oh yeah, i'll want my option file to be as solid as i can make it but i dont release option files so i only worry about the things that interest me in mine lol. The EPL is my main focus so thats why im only doing PNG's for that league atm. Hopefully others will jump on the larger size PNG band wagon eventually so all teams can get a slight upgrade. Really wanna know how its all gonna work in the new game though. If you hear anything about PES2010's edit mode habits please let me know if you get time man.

Defs keep making them mate, you inspired me to take it to the next level of perfection by keeping them as real to the original as possible and thus I do take alot of time prepping and researching before creating each one. To be honest I spend a lot of time just staring at the edit and real photo of them in Photoshop to get proportions and layout as close as I can.

I guess I just wanted my game to look better as I kept getting option files that I thought were ok but not best, so gave the kits a pop myself.

I use the smaller images where I can (255x255 pixels) because it's the exact size when in 'Draw Yourself' so when importing it doesn't distort at all for the best quality. Some resizing still may have to be done to get it just right but generally spot on.

No problem put it this way though man once this game comes out the forum is gonna get a jumpstart and many more people will be checking out your work and such. I put a lot of time into making my previous OF and in the beginning things were slow but things definitely picked up- the same will happen here. Once people see your HQ kits in 2010 there gonna be amazed trust that.

*UPDATED FIRST POST*
I have added the Everton home & away GK designs, a better version of Hull's home design(with straight lines this time LOL) and also the basic design of the Hull GK kit(sorry no freaky umbro design though).

BTW: Its also worth noting that ive upped the size of the following designs to my now standard 847x1237 size. Everton's home & away, Arsenal's home & away, Aston Villa's home/GK home & away, Blackburn's away, Chelsea's home & away, Hull's home, Wigan's away.

@ JackWhoBRA: Im the same regarding the layout. Sometimes i take an age just tweaking and tweaking and tweaking LOL. Gives me the brain drain LOL. My reasons for starting to make my own kit PNG's were the same as yours too. I definitely understand your 255x255 idea but it just doesnt allow for the whole front of the shirt to be made in some cases and im lookin for the best way to do that. Thats my mission .

Pretty good. Thanks for asking . Since doing more PNG's ive found that im pretty much spot on with placement and colour everytime now. Its become rare for me to have to go back and redo a kit which is certainly a bonus.
My only real pet annoyance is that the PES editor loves to make me take ages to get the kits to look right. When sizing them up its always a flick too much lol...or the sponsor looks fine but the nike/adidas etc logo doesnt due to the picture distorting as you get above armpit area height. It takes so many back and forth flicks of the analogue...up,down..left, right. It certainly would be easier to have a proper flat shirt base to add images to and a D-pad based way to stretch the PNG's more accurately imho.

I know i have kinda slacked off again on updates but ive had a few other things to do which has meant ive barely touched my PS3 for close to a week and not really spent alot of time sitting at my PC, eventhough it has been on a fair bit. Bear in mind, once again this thread has been quiet too . Also, due to the lack of official 'Edit Mode' info im starting to worry a bit as to whether im wasting my time or not tbh.

I'd say all the editing threads are slow tbh. But I heard that the editing for 2010 is near identical to 09. At least thats what I heard from pesnextgen.com

yeah emblems should be allowed to go on the shorts thats def a no brainer also the option for two sets of print on the back of the shirt. Caus nearly every Bundesliga team has the player name and team name on the back

i really don't think they will ever make the edit mode that extensive because the chances of us just sticking with the same game for a few years will be a possibility and that would mean less income for the developers.
some still play PES5 and 6 PATCHED just because they can edit almost everything and don't see the need to buy the next gen games.
it would be great though.

btw can u help me with a few BUNDESLIGA jerseys : WOLFSBURG and STUTTGART especially.
