Does anybody ever do this, grab the ball with berbatov and hold down the RT button for a slow dribble, grab the ball with ronaldo and do loads of stepovers, for some reason i've started doing this again i used to do it alot in pro evo 6 like everytime i got the ball with ronaldinho the first thing that came into my mind is flip-flap.

I do lot of stepovers!! But the other tricks are harder now because of the change of sticks! Bad choice of Konami.

^Yeah, I also think it's harder to do tricks.
Also I sometimes do it but not all the time

I prefer the new way of doing tricks. I like the fact that they are more difficult to pull off now.

Konami should fix more tricks so it's more fun to play! I did more tricks in PES 2008 then i did in PES 2009 because of the stick change. It shouldn't be hard to do tricks. It's not that in real life.

pes 2009 is more realistic with players movement this year , last year when i chose germany sometimes i could do skills and skin the all pitch with mertesacker nw its tougher and thats the way it should be only agile and skilfull players who should be skillful on the ball

I'm always using the R2 to cut the ball and keep close control, and I vary that by using the "Fake-Shot" which is better for cutting the ball. It has become a part of my game, I do it instinctively.. but I always try to make it as realistic as possible.

I do Not like to cut the ball and zig-zag the entire length of the pitch. It's annoying.

Another trick that I use in many occasions is the L1+R1 dribble, it's very effective for cutting the ball, and it also looks and works realistic enough.

As for "Step Overs".. I'm not very good with them.

Same here, though I've used the fake shot as a dribbling aid since it's inception.

I love the quick step-over followed by a quick change of direction followed immediately wioth a short burst of sprint to create space for crosses. it's all in timing the distance between you and the defender, especially against a human opponent who keeps backing off. It's easy enough against the AI due to it's predictability.

I do stepovers all the time...It makes the overall build up to the goal look better

Also skinning a defender is always great :D

You must admite that in FIFA the players has better and more realistic moves than PES. And that makes me angry because i hate FIFA.

I know mate  join the club, i suppose you gotta give fifa credit for that but yeah hopefully in pro evo 2010 the player's will move & run the way they move & run in real life if you see what i mean.

I believe the combination of the shoulder drops, quick stepovers and shot feints are deadly when used properly

These are the only tricks i try, however i have pulled off the elastico lots of the time unitentionally
