Can someone please PLEASE post a link to CDmage v1.02.1 BETA, i've got the other version but this isnt working, its not coming up with the save as...

I've tried all the links in the forums and guides, searched on Google and cant find it all links ive found say the file is no longer available... or can someone email me the file???

Are there patches for WE7:I (US version), and if so can you tell me where I can find them? I really love this game (my second in the series), but I don't see any for the US version. Can I use the others by manipulating data? Is there a guide for this? I know my x-port save was originally PES3 converted into 7 International US version.

I know Zyg kind of answered the first part with his response, "I don't know of (m)any patches for the US version and it looks like that all the patch-makers are making them for WE7:IJ - which is the latest game with the most features" but can anyone help me answer the rest. I am pretty good on the computer so if anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Hey guys, my mate and I are new to this and need some help!
We've been trying to follow the Beginners guide and thought we'd done it right but the copy wouldn't load when using the Magic swipe card! We successfully copied pes1 CD>CD but can't manage the copy of pes3DVD>CD! Can anyone spot where we went wrong?!!
Steps 1-7 went fine, then step 8 we extracted the flash file into the "patched" folder using winrar. We did the attributes and ran DVDscan2 (found newest link on here) and it didn't find anything! When we doubled clicked on "pes.bat" the dos page said press any button and then displayed the first 8 lines or so "copied" but then "unable to copy" for every line after that! The soccer3.iso file was created but said 0 bytes when clicked on. We then carried out the rest of the instructions (usind CDmage beta) and tried to burn to CD with CDWin at stage 16 before attempting patches. Just before we tried this the soccer3.iso size had now "become" 500MB or so. Any idea what's wrong? We wondered whether the DVDscan didn't work but got the link off here and had none of the error messages others have quoted. And why did we get only 500MB for the soccer.iso file instead of 613MB?
Please help us out if any of you can, we thought we'd done it but feel gutted! I'll reply to anything asap!

Which tool are you using ? Try to use either Nero or Fireburner, mode 2/2352 is for PS2 games. Scan the image for corruption with ECCRegen or CDMage before burning

The principles for patching are the same for all PES/WE games :rolleyes:
Use ppf-o-matic3 to apply the patch to the image of your game.

Here is a full patching guide for patching WE8 so far:
1. You have the ISO image of WE8.
2. You have your .ppf patch.
3. Use ppf-o-matic3 to apply the patch to the ISO.
4. Burn the patched image at the slowest speed.

This is all in the guide. I really don't see where arrogance comes into it. We try to help as much as possible. Maybe you should use the Search option and you'd see your questions have been answered several times before and not everyone wants to repeat themselves.

I am no expert and I need help.
I`m having problems translating my version of WE8 from japanese to english.
I`ve tried the beginner-guide posted early in the forum, but can`t really see how that one is for WE8...Seems to me it only applys for WE7/PES3.
I`ll appreciate all the help I can get.

Patching WE8 is the same as patching WE7/PES3.
To translate the game you apply Fernando's .ppf translation patch to the ISO of your WE8 using ppf-o-matic3 and burn the patched image.

If you want to translate it yourself, you need to go deep into the game and use a lot of skill and ability in finding the files for translation and so on.

Check Fernando's patch thread to see how to apply his patch.
