Can someone post which new club and national sides are in the game obviously all of the sides from england, spain and italy are included but are there teams like river, boca and fc basel in the game??

PES4 will have the slowdown removed on corners (so they said when we played the beta version of PES4 @ the PES3 National Finals). And they also said it will have the new Premiership teams in.

Seeing as though this is questions and answers I'll post this here. Has anyone managed to get a language patch yet for WE8? I found one on DC++ just now as I was having a browse and there is supposedly a WE8 language patch made on 5/8/04 with support for English, Spanish and Italian. Its made by someone called Rosanero. Downloading it now, checking to see if its an actual patch rather than an option file. it could well be nothing at all. Anyways, I dunno what the patching latest is on the game, so if this patch exsits or someone knows bout it and has used this, then ignore, cheers.

Does anyone know if it will be possible to play PES4 on a USA system? I know that it's PAL vs NTSC, but is there any way to convert it or some kinda chip I could purchase? Would it make my TV explode? ;)

get the Magic 3 chip...i have it and it plays all games and dvd's etc.....although you'll need an RGB Scartlead

No, your TV won`t explode. :D

Your Playstation 2 can only play games from its region which is USA. Therefore, the format used in USA is NTSC as you already know that. In Europe and some other countries they use PAL systems which is lower by 10 Hz then other countries. So Europe mostly uses PAL = 50 Hz, while in USA and Japan use NTSC or NTSC-J and run them at 60 Hz.

There is a few tricks that can be used in order to play imported games such as PES4 and Winning Eleven versions released only in Japan.

The first solution is getting a modchip for your PS2. Installing one is a bit pain in the a$$ if you don`t know what you`re doing that`s why I would recommend that you buy already pre-modified (by a tech) PS2 system. Whoever tells you modchips will gamage your systems tell them to f*ck off. They are just jelaous that they don`t have one. This will cost you the most, but its the best and safest option.

Other tricks like knife trick, swap disc etc are good too alot cheaper but it`s something that I don`t recommend to anyone since I have alot of experience with this.
