Maybe he means default team. Anyway, my experience is to just play around with the menus and use a bit trial and error. You 'll know you've got the right one when it tells you how many points it'll cost you to get rid of them.

If anyone can spare info on the editing mode in WE8 i would be grateful,Can we put anything at all on the shirt? and what about the boots can we put the nike logo and so on on them since we can put it on the shirts??

You can't put anything on the boots I'm afraid. What do you mean by anything on the shirt? There's about 5 spaces for text and 2 for images (i.e. sponsor and make).

Choose the negotiations menu, then choose the third option for your own team. When you select one member of the team, the first option will be to release the player. There you have it ;)

does anyone know if turning the commentary and other sounds off improves the performance like stopping slowdown?i can see how in theory it gives the computer less to do but dus it make it run the game better

P.S. Yep..also would like to know if turning off commentary etc helps with slowdown..will have to try!

I know, but it's too expensive! When I did it I thought I'd be buying the right to change it whenever I wanted so I'm stuck with it for the time being!
