So is PES 2014 worth downloading or is it just a steaming pile of shoite?
Hasn't really clicked with me yet. If it even will. The platinum is easy if you want it :shifty:

But to be fair, if you asked me to review FIFA 14 I'd end up calling it a steaming pile of shite. The only reason I've enjoyed PS3 FIFAs is because of clubs. Haven't liked offline of the two in 8 years.

I think you can simulate matches in Master League & Be a Pro. So stick Messi in Urawa Red Diamonds and you're laughing.

Super Mario 3D World

Glourious stuff. Up to world 3-1 at the moment, and it just keeps getting better. I heard that this is the point in the game where things just get to a masterpiece level of awesome so looking forward to carrying on.

Xenoblade

Not much of a looker because of the Wii's visuals, but the music, design and art direction are all top notch. Massive open world to explore, brilliant British dub too.

Mario 3D World is GOAT tier stuff. Some brilliant level design and the new power ups are great. Difficulty has ramped up now I'm in world 7 too. Last level cost me 15 lives.

Xenoblade

This game. This Fucking game. I remember I played it years back when I was running homebrew on my wii and I hated it after about half hour. Playing it now I can see it for the epic masterpiece it is. Such an amazing game world where you can go anywhere that you see. No invisible walls no ridiculous Cliff faces to block progression. Love it.

Still on 3D World, in the post game bonus worlds now, some of these levels are fucking ridiculous, i've died more in these bonus worlds than I have in the whole of the first 8 worlds, and i've still got 15 levels left.

Quite possibly the best mario game i've played (Yes it betters 64 and Galaxy)

Still playing Xenoblade. This game is massive, i'm about 20 hours in and just checked a walkthrough and i'm not even a quarter of the way through the game :/ Usually with 99% of RPGs i'd have given up by now but the combat system is awesome and the music and art design are superb so it's hard not to keep coming back.

Got a few stamps, green coins and top of the flag finishes to get in Mario 3D World before I unlock the secret Last Level, but burnt out a bit on it now, and stopped playing now. Might come back sometime in the year to finish it off.

Picked it up on steam yesterday for €5, just getting into it now really but so far so good and for a poxy fiver I think it's a super signing.

Demon's Souls - I'd say I'm about a third of the way through length-wise. Time wise will depend how much I die. I can tell why a lot of people like the franchise and there's far more depth and lore than I can be bothered with.

Could've done with more polish since I've had random bugs when friendly NPCs have died (such as Patches, who's apparently a notorious dick but he was already dead when I arrived at him) and I only hope it hasn't screwed over my game. Frame rate can also be appalling at times - and I'm not somebody who usually notices that kind of thing.

I've stayed in mostly the same leather gear so far but now I've mixed it up with a dragon battle axe and something that resembles a stahlhelm. Also picked up a ridiculous weapon (see below) but it's so heavy there's not much point to have it in my inventory

MXGP Fantastic dirt bike sim game.
The game has got great driving physics. One analogue to turn and the other stick to lean what results in a really satisfying racing game. The jumping physics aren't the greatest though. Very enjoyable.

Trials Fusion I loved the Trail Extreme games on Android so I'm really enjoying this.

Can someone please come and snap the Xenoblade disc for me? 35 hours in and still not even half way through the game. There's just so much to do, "so many activities!" I find myself humming the games music in the morning on my walk to work now

I have 14 other Wii/Wii U games that havent been touched and won't be touched until I finish this.

Seeing as nobody did what I asked out I managed to put another 55 hours in to this game over the past month  Just crossed the 90 hour mark but im in the last area and coming up to the final boss fight.

I very nearly gave up on the game with the last boss I fought. Thought i'd wasted all this time playign a game i'd never finish as she kicked my ass about 10 times and I rage quit and decided never to try again, but some helpful folks on neogaf gave me some advice and beat her easily.

I'm pretty much just playing Okami HD at the moment. It's a very addictive game. Haven't quite reached Jonno394 's level of addiction though!! 55hrs in a month? Crikey!

Wish I still had my CM01/02 saves. Should've saved a copy of the files before I dumped my old (and very first!) PC.
