PES6 on the PS2. Best PES ever.

Started a new Master League as Arsenal, with the default ML players of course. It's on Top Player and the only hope I have until the transfer window opens is to try and draw as many games 0-0 as I can. Had a game vs. River Plate last night and it felt rather weird playing against a certain 19-year old CF called Falcao Garcia.

I played PES6 again fairly recently. Booting up my old ML teams was a joy. Did Falcao have a fake name in that game? According to the this (http://pes.neoseeker.com/wiki/Radamel_Falcao) he did have a fake name. I think I signed him for one of my ML teams and changed his name to Falcao.

I remember playing with ROGATERA for ages not realising he was Hugo Rodaellga (or however you spell it). I was disappointed when I found out.

I had him for one of my ML teams too (and yes, I changed his name to Rodallega). :D

And getting all the classics in on the act and having the hard tackling, Irish former Man Red midfielder Law Kit as the central enforcer.

Same think happened to me on PES08 with Dotan (Donovan). I never changed his name in the end. I preferred Dotan.

Finished Saints Row IV last night, somehow I managed to clock in 30 horus over 10 days (I had a week off work so outside of social activities during the day, this is all I did )

Absolutely brilliant game. Felt shorter than Saints Row 3 somehow, and not sure if the overall missions were as good, but the super powers added so much to the game that I overlooked it all. Gonna try and platinum this over the next few weeks, only got three challenges to complete and that should more or less do it.

I'm close to the SR3 platinum now. Just finishing off the last few vehicle challenges and then replay to finish Act 1 in a different way. These last few vehicle ones have been a bit annoying. Having to steal a condor from the mini STAG base in the park was irritating. You get instantly shot to shit and because the condors are so weak, it's almost impossible to do without making use of the police forgiveness perk. Also, because of the raised bridges it makes it much more difficult for the ones which involve you stealing dumpster trucks etc. I keep gettin 'em stuck!

Yeah I remember a few difficult car missions but it was like two years ago when I did them so I can't remember :/

Have you got the nitro perk?

I've got all the perks. I tried using nitro to get over one of the bridges when I was in a dumpster truck, but it got stuck before it even got over the bridge! Then I tried without nitro, got over the bridge, but then it got stuck on the other side (because of the frame bit at the top of the bridge). I managed to topple it over with another car to get it free, but by that point it was heavily damaged.

Total War Rome II - I've played bits and pieces but it's the buggiest game I've ever played. A quick look on the forums and there is thousands of problems, it seems the game has been rushed out and ruined. Hopefully they fix it soon, wish I had checked the forums etc before I bought it.

The FPS bug is killing me in this game, I get 10-20 FPS on the campaign map and in battles - It doesn't matter if the graphics are on Low or Ultra . My computer is amazing by any standards but should be able to play this comfortably:

AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE @3.4ghz
16GB DDR3 1333mhz
MSI GTX560Ti Twin Frozr II 1GB

Assassin's Creed 3 - it's alright. It's a very pretty looking game indeed. I'm up to sequence 5 now, it has quite a slow start, but it looks like there'll be lots to do when I open up the game more.

Stealth Inc: A Clone in the Dark - Free on PS+. I very nice little puzzle game. I'd would recommend that anyone with PS+ gives it a go ( Jonno394 , Haribo, Phatmann).

Ugh truth be told I'll dip into that game in about a years time. I'm a history nerd and I always wait for the community to make things right. I know with this engine it would probably take at least 2-3 years to see the equivalent of a Rome Total Realism or Europa Barborum, I can wait.

bit.trip presents Runner 2

The first runner was my first digital download title ever, and one of the best Wii games so I cant believe i only just realised this is on PSN not. A great platformer/rhythm game with a cheery art style, brilliant bit music and plenty of challenge to boot on the harder difficulty.

Only played the 8 or so level demo so far but at 8 quid for 125 levels I'll be buying this asap. I implore you all to at least try the demo.

Dota 2

Excellent free 5v5 multi player game, I tried recruiting a few people on here but there wasn't any interest shown what so ever. Anyways, it's not my loss.

Rayman Legends

Feckin' awesome. Just finished the first world, but there's so much to do and unlock. Played the daily challenge and weekly challenge and they're addictive as hell.
