What are you currently playing?

Tried TLOU again last night, still don’t like a lot of things about it, shame as the interactions between Joel and Ellie are great, and the world looks awesome.

I rolled my eyes when the first area i went to I saw waist high crates littered around the area in traditional third perso shooter positions.

Dragonfly I really enjoy the side missions and police busts. Been doing those more than the actual main game tbh.

Ni No Kuni is fnatastic btw, gorgeous in motion and an interesting battle system. Seeing as I usualy dislike JRPGs i'm surprised how much i'm ejoying this.

Saints Row IV

Absolutely insane. Currently only unlocked the super speed and super jump powers but I can see myself never using any vehicles in this game, traversing the worl with your powers is just too much fun.

Still Saints Row IV. Put in 20 hours already and this game stinks of my personal GOTY.

Brilliant fun, some very memorable missions and dialogue. Don't know if it is as good as SR 3 though in terms of the overall game, but it's better than any other game i've played this year.

Is the civilian AI still a bit stupid? ie when they're driving and the smallest thing makes them go completely apeshit and smash into everything?

indeed it is. Its fundamentally saints row 3.5 so barring the super powers, activities, central hub, characters and plot, not much has changed.

Dragonfly

Waiting....
Tomb Raider - I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would. The only other Tomb Raider that I ever pleyed was the very first one on PS1 and this seems quite a bit of a departure. It feels more like an Unchartered game, but that's not really a bad thing. The graphics are great and it's good fun to play.

Splinter Cell Blacklist.

She's good lads, she's good. :folarm:

She is indeed. Really enjoying it up to now on the PC. Not like that poor excuse of a splinter Cell game like time time round. Had to switch to the wireless Xbox controller and play on my tv because it was crap using the keyboard and mouse. I started on the hardest level and was doing really well using no lethal force but after a while I had to drop it because you have to put so much time in perfecting the levels stealthing but the check points are a bitch and take you too far back so dropped it down to normal. Still taking my time but at least it's not game over when I'm spotted. When I was still playing using no lethal force a dog spotted me behind a gate and started barking blowing my cover and I panicked and had to shoot the poor bugger, was gutted :crymore:

L.A Noire
Started playing this again after about a year after finding my savegame:laugh:.
Was at the part where you have to track down the boxer. So gorgeous the city on the PC. I just cruise round because the game looks so shexy.
Anyone know how long I've got left in the game, past half way you reckon?

Tomb Raider
Managed to finally complete this game. Was a very enjoyable game even though I had a few issues with the game. Started playing this on normal and died quite often using a controller but once I switched to keyboard and mouse I don't think I died once in combat, regret not upping the difficulty. Fell to my death many a time though:biggrin:. Certainly very far from previous Tomb Raider games and is more like an action hero game.

The killing the dog thing is a bit heavy so I try to stun or at worst send them for a lil nap.

I think I've a small bit left to go in the story mode, I'd of had it killed a few nights ago but I've been too busy to finish it off. I've the PS3 pad working with it, I tried the keyboard thing but it was a joke.

I was out so had to use my gun because it was behind a gate:(. I was so close to restarting the level.
Do you take great pleasure throwing the body's about or is it just me?:hmm:
I took great pleasure in stacking loads of enemies onto a couch.
Not all that keen on the voice actor for Fisher but the story line has been quite enjoyable though up to now. That geeky guy is an annoying twat though. Reminds me of that guy out of Super Bad and Kick Ass. I like how they've added a bit more of a personal touch where you have to phone back to your daughter and you are in control of what you do.
Have you tried that level yet where you are supposed to use co-op where you go to England?
I tried doing it on my own and most of the routes are blocked when you do it on your own because there's a lot of doors where you need two people to open them.
The dogs A.I is annoyingly good in this game and took me a while to get round it because you have to open the door then jump up on the pipe after taking the other guys out and wait for it come to investigate. Finally managed to get to the top level where the hellicopter is but stupidly fucked up on the last guy and got spotted what results in a fail on that level what takes you right back to the start:shocking:. I'm only at the part now where you have to go to the USA.
Was playing it the other day and totally lost track of time and when I looked at the clock it was 2am. Long time since I've done that. The sign of a good game though. I have to buy this game because its so enjoyable:pirate:. Ubisoft killing it recently.

Turok, the PS3 one from about 2009. Needed a third game for my 3 for 2, and thought I'd give this a bash. Plays well enough, and grabbing a small dinosaur by the neck and then stabbing it in the throat is fun for all the family.
